It's not working on the Disney website, so you need to call!
I called and the CM said she wasn't seeing it. I pressed her, claiming "my friend is checking in a day or two before me and was able to reserve it by phone." She kept digging and was about to find it. 10:15pm on 12/30 for the 11:50pm fireworks.
I know they didn't release until later in the summer last year, so just thought I'd give a friendly heads up.
