12/30/05 THRU 1/01/06 reservations help!!! (update)

We are last minute planning on having a magical moment, and take advantage of the extended magical hours. I want to be so excited to be in the park past midnight. I want to eat at the CP at MK, please direct me guys I so want to have a wonderful time. Now, I have a annual pass (my Birthday Present) and I bought DH one for Christmas it will be us and 4 kids(1 under 10) and 1 baby. I am trying hard to get a suite or 2 rooms at any of the moderate priced resorts that wont cost me a million bucks for Lodging?


So how and when do I make reservations and what is the dinner package or special?

I know I have a lot of reading to do

I think you need to call the CRO. Go over to the resorts boards, they usually have numbers to call. Good luck trying to get in the resturants, you might find some off times to eat like at the Crystal Palace. They call priority seating, Advanced Dining Reservations now. Someone just rearranged their schedule, at the last minute, so maybe you will be lucky and find something.

Well, I wasn't able to book at any of the Disney hotels. Ended up doing a time share checked in the hotel and We arrived at MK 12/31 AROUND 12:30 and decided to start at Magic Kingdom. From the front entrance to entering the gate must have taken us all of and hour and a half. We had to convert our annual pass and hoppers into ticket form pass.

So, off to guest relations we go, now DH and I have annual passes but everyone else in our party had 1 day park hoppers. No one at guest relations
bothered to tell us that are park hopper tickets aren't any good.

Why are they no good? At 1 o'clock all parks except MGM was declared at capacity according to the CM supervisor. So after several songs and dances the supervisor agreed to give us park hopper passes for the next day, but we had to leave the park at that moment, which we opted to do. I still feel cheated we should have been allowed to stay and given park hoppers for the next day. But oh well. I accidently left my camcorder on and the battery went bad so I don't have anything on camera. I do have some pics I will post later.

Next day we woke up early and headed to AK I love this place too much. We got there at 8am ate breakfast then headed for all the main rides. 1ST we did the safari tour, then we did the rafting ride and the whip a whirly thing my SD lost her purse and swore she didn't leave it on a ride. which she did and a cast member gave it back to us. Then we rode the Dinasaur I love that ride it was awesome as usual. I know I am missing some stuff because it was aound 3:30 when we left there for MK, we ate late lunch at Casey's and that was all she wrote. I was too tired to take another step, somehow I managed to make it back to the car. I need to add even though New Years was over it was still jam packed.

I did not get a chance to ride Tower of Terror yet either.
