Up & adam at 5:48...even though DS didn't go to sleep until after midnight. I thought for sure he would sleep until 7am. All the unwrapping was done before 7. Ugh. All that planning & work...over in a flash.
My kids went to sleep around 9pm and Santa made the appearance about 11 pm . Everything was wrapped and handy in boxes so all I had to do was open the boxes and put everything under the tree , Santa was in bed by 11:30. The kids woke us up at 3:45 and they both just went back to bed so we are too at least for another hour.
Kids woke us up at 8 am (house rules) So I got about 6 hours sleep.... lol DH is finishing cleaning up the kitchen, so I can start cooking round two.... Kids still have no clue about the air hockey table!!!
Now the big question.... how long before we hear... Im bored!
OMG I love this thread! I thought I was the only one who had to stay up on Christmas Eve to wrap presents. I was up until 1:30 a.m. wrapping, and I see I've been beat by some of you!
