12/18-28...parks everyday?

Looking for help from those who have experienced similar dates at WDW. We will have 9 full and 2 partial days in all...but I am concerned over crowds....will we need to access the parks all the days to stand a chance of popular rides...or will the first week up to the 25th be sufficient? I knw everyone says to avoid MK on Christmas day, but I know we are going to go to Epcot or MGM for at least a LITTLE while,,,probably even duck our heads into MK just to see the castle. Trying to decide if a 7/4 PHP ticket will be enough. I know we can purchase single day tix at the Dolphin if we'd like if we have used up the 7 park days, but then it's like we blew a huge amount that could've gone to AP's. I don't think we will be back in the next year tho...sad but true. Any thoughts?

Hey, just thought of something! Can't you buy the 7 day php and then on say day 6 you know it's not enough upgrade to the AP. I think I'm almost positive you can.
