we reserved flights arriving MCO @1 p.m. Sat, 12/18...and departing 12/25 2 p.m. It breaks down to 6 1/2 park days, and I am used to 7 or more (spoiled, I know
) Anyway, with the holiday crowds, I am wondering if this is worth the $$$$. MIL is insisting we are back by 5 p.m. on Xmas day and that is really killing me as there is a 5 pm or 8 p.m. flight that would essentially give us another park day, and actually get to enjoy Christmas instead of traveling right smack in the middle of the day. I mean, it's a Saturday...they can't celebrate a little longer into the night? We have been to WDW B4 so my main concerns are MK and MGM crowd wise. What would you do?

Seriously though, who wants to spend Xmas day basically travelling. I'd want to get some celebrating out of it. I would probably avoid MK on Christmas Day. I'd probably do Epcot because it's big enough to really diffuse the crowds. But to answer your original question, I don't ever think going to Disney is a waste of money, so even if you have to go with the current plan you should still go.
