if you are facing foward (front of the ship)...we are on the starboard side....best place in my opinion because you get to overlook CC when you dock...because the ship backs in (because they cannot back out)

It's been raining here all day too! I picked Sam up from Girl Scouts and on the way home traffic stopped on a road that usually has little traffic at all. Saw a flashing blue light. Looked like a bit of a fire. Then a series of the local volunteer firefighters, several fire trucks, an ambulance and a police car or two passed us after we turned around and headed back to the other north south road to go home the other way. Looks as if someone was going a bit fast in the dark on a slick, flooded road and they probably hit a tree. I will probably see it in the morning paper.

it was cloudy here today...sprinkled a bit..but nothing big...

so news on my ticket..the lawyer is confident that she can get the reckless driving reduced to just a plain speeding ticket...

oh thats the truth...they back the ship down the channel because there is no room to turn the ship around when docked at CC

all I know is that I am on a cruise really far from home in hot (hopefully) weather - no rain and I have a room that I paid for no windo and I got a window with barrels in the way of most of the view - BUT its a window!

We've never had a porthole before so it will be something different. Twice we've had inside rooms. Last time we had a handicapped cat 3 aft because we had DM with us. We would have had a cat 10 inside but when karylrocks cancelled she let me know and I snagged her sph room .
