For the Irfanview installation, I just clicked images only since I prefer to use other programs for MP3's etc... if you have irfanview associate with ALL those file types then it will be the default program that starts up if you double click those files. Maybe try clicking images only and install it that way (or even just jpgs, gifs, etc) to try it first to see if you like it.

I generally took my inside shots in the afternoon...trust me 6 am wasn't in the cards. The bars and clubs are pretty empty unless there is an event going on. In the case of diversions I was able to talk Alex into turning up the lights and lowering the TV for me etc! That helped a lot.
