12/10/05 ~ Anyone else cruising.....??

Ok - I got Palo dinner and brunch, snorkel excursions, both girls registered and 7 hours reserved (so far) at Flounders as well as a spa trmt for DH and I.

Good night all! Now to get rid of this adrenaline rush. The kids will be getting up in 2 1/2 hours. :( :( :(

but they will open up again for the 75 day mark. do you think more times would open up at that point for those non CC members just to give them a chance?

Not from what everyone has said. It has mainly been CC members booking online. They only offer 50% of the spots though so that makes sense since they have close to 1000 repeat cruiers each time.

Good night everyone. I think I will pay for my cruise in full a little before the 75 day mark and see what comes up. I can either do the times they have listed or see what opens up at that time. Sleep well!

Don't worry! You will get what you want after you board. Just get there ASAP on Saturday. :)

Flounder's doesn't look like it open's before 9 on port days, if this is the case I will have to cancel my excursions.

this has been the most active thread all night long! two pages were all within the hour. LOL!

I'm all set! :Pinkbounc We are booked for brunch on Sunday 11 am, massage for both DH and myself on Monday, Palo's dinner 7:30 on Wednesday and High Tea 3pm on Thursday. :cloud9:

Our times are:

Palo dinner - Wednesday 8:30pm (plan to sit w/kiddos at dinner - double dip)
Palo brunch - Monday at 11am
I'm sure we'll see some of you there!

Is anyone going to high tea? anyone done it before? is it worth it? I don't drink coffee, but do like tea. Doubt DH would want to go though....

I can't believe we are now 90 days to go! :) WOW!! (can I start packing now?)

Lilly, don't cancel them online! It wont let you cancel one person & you may not get the slot back for the other one.

Brunch Monday 11
Dinner Wednesday 7 or 8 (I tried to get a dinner after getting the brunch incase John had a problem. He booked 2 at 8 and I got 4 at 7. We will see if we can switch it.)

I went to tea on our first cruise. It was nice but too much food too close to dinner IMO. I hardly ate anything on formal night.

We have not done High Tea before, but want to try it this trip. We have late seating, so we will have a few hours to digest between our 3 pm tea and 8 pm dinner. I think we need to take only stretch, elastic waist clothes! :rotfl:

I hope us non cc members have as much success as you all had.....
We are 90 days out right? so 15 more days..thats on Sept 26th I guess.
Why do they open the ressies at 3:00 am???

My sister couldn't get through last night.. It said her CC number was invalid. I guess I never posted what I booked. Sunday Brunch 11:00am (guess I will see you Miss Mulan!), High tea Monday, Palo dinner 7:30 Thursday. I figured we could catch the matinee of Disney Dreams. (At least they had that on the Western cruise).

How many shoes is everyone bringing. I can't pack yet, Colorado is still warm, and I am wearing my cruise clothes still. We went to Santa Barbara for 4 days, and our suitcases weighed in at 48lbs apiece. Guess I will have to do some consolidating for this cruise, as to not go over the 50lb mark.

I have determined that they do it to drive us nuts! LOL!

IDK if they put more resies at the 75 day mark. I swear they were disappearing quickly last night. There must be alot of CC members on this cruise. If they don't you can make resies after you board. The lines should be better since they have cut out half of the people by doing this. It really wasn't bad for us but we were in line to board for a bit. We plan to be there when the terminal opens for the excitement but now we don't have to do anything except get out seating changed if it hasn't been done by then.
