That would make sense since you need to pay in full 90 days out & that is when the resies can be made for excursions too. If you pay in full ahead of time I think that you still have to wait.

We just extended our WDW trip next month by a day. Not sure what DH has in mind yet but I called Amtrak & WDW to change our reservations. I am SO not ready for this trip!!! SO much to do this week at the school & everywhere else to get everything done before the kids are out next week.

Thanks for the well wishes. Yes, flying standby is a pain, but DH would probably keel over if he wrote a check out to United! Just remember when you read about "those mechanics" you now know one, (sort of)!

I had to get us off the 2nd page!!

We are off to Disney tomorrow....I should be finishing up packing.....

DD wants to go on the "Yo Ho" ride and get an eye patch at the pirate shop....it's all she has been talking about! I really wish we were going on the cruise right now....but I guess December will be here before you know it!

That thread is a trip! It is taking over our lives. LOL! Thanks Cristi! We found out yesterday that we are losing our principal & VP. I'm apprehensive how our new admin will work with the PTO as well as how they will interact with the kids & change our programs. Also, I dropped the digital camera before DD's PS graduation & couldn't take pictures. The school computer also gave me a hard time & I didn't get anything accomplished there. Today is going much better so far and the rush from capturing the Magic going thru the lock yesterday helped.

Lisa~Hopefully, everything will work out with the new principal and vice principal. We got a new principal and vp this year. The principal was new to the school, but the vp had been a teacher there for several years. It seems like everything went pretty well.

Just checking in. Sorry to hear about the Digital Camera...Just priced some new cameras...I can't believe how much they have dropped in price. 5 megapixels are now the norm...it's crazy.

Many people interested in sharing the trip with me and my extended family, but it looks like I will have my own stateroom now. I can't wait to have a little privacy. It's a first for me.

It's finally heating up here in CA. No A/C in our home.....can someone talk my roommate and tell her to install central air?

Very sad right now as we would be very close to the Stanley Cup Finals. My life seems a little empty w/o hockey....Hoping the next season starts on time.

Jordan, hope it doesn't heat up too much there. We head out for DL in 4 weeks. If I remember correctly, June is early morning low clouds and sunny afternoons usually, right? We will be at DL June 20, 21 and 22 if you would like to have a mini meet somewhere. Will be in the area until Fri.

Correct. June Gloom is the norm for So Cal. But really nothing has been typical this year as far as weather has gone......

Just back last night....it was so HOT and it isn't even summer yet! The parks were pretty crowded but the wait times were minimal...didn't FP anything. But we didn't go on all the rides either.
DD's were very lucky - got to wake up Tinkerbell! Had breakfast with Cinderella - dinner too...so DD got a lot of use out of her Cinderella dress. Got so many autographs - seemed like the characters were out in force...saw the Hippo's and the ostritch from Fantasia - they can't sign though. Really makes me wish the cruise were now!!

Hopefully we'll get our pictures tonight so I can post some!! Have to say we were very pleased with Coronado Springs...seemed ultra close to everything. We would stay there again (I was hesitant)....

Now, we won't have any more over night stays till maybe Oct or Dec if that....DH is getting Disney'ed out!

It sounds like alot of good changes coming to The Magic during dry dock. It will be nice to go see a movie on deck 9 with the kids in their PJs one night.
