12/10/05 ~ Anyone else cruising.....??

Careful, Vanessa!!! You might be reassigned to a life boat. ;) Hasn't anyone let her know about our plan to take over the ship?

I ordered our hopper passes today. :earsgirl: :earsboy: We got the 10 day never expire. We plan to use 3 days this year, 4 next and 3 in 2007. We think we will get a lot of bang for our $332 bucks that way. :Pinkbounc

welcome Michael....and everyone who's new. Angie, nope no pre-planning done on the posts.....just coincidence...or is it?

I will be at BCV Dec 5-10.......

I think I am going to keep an eye on post 1200. We will see, Jordan. :teeth:

You had talked earlier about linking late diners. I mentioned that we would love to . :) But I forgot that my SIL had requested a special server. He had served her the last time she sailed. I may have to back out of linking unless you have an idea I do not wish to lose our server. Maybe there is away we can have tables close by? :confused3

oh yes whats this I hear your counting the days til the end of the cruise! I smell mutiny a foot! pirate: :rotfl2: If you don't watch it we'll have to have you walk the plank! pirate: :rotfl2:

1 month 3 weeks to go according to Lisa's counter! I can't wait....
we got out our Wonder stuff and it was so fun to look back at the Navigators, etc...John kept saying "you didn't tell me there was a family olympics" "beer tasting" etc....Um yes dear - I said read the navigator and see if there was anything you would like to do....I am guessing he never read it before last night!

Also - if anyone is on early dining that would like to link up! Last cruise we sat with a mom, college age daughter and 5 yr old son who played video games the entire time and the mom would not allow her son to watch Alice in Wonderland, HP, Peter Pan etc for the fantasy value, witch craft etc....they were nice but really was some strained conversations at dinner...I would like to have fun and great conversation!

Just wanted to say "HI" to all the fellow cruisers. We'll be having fun with you. Our party consists of 4 cabins. Holiday reunion or anything you want to call it as long as I get on that BOAT...lol
We'll be in cabins 6634, 6134, 6640, and 6642...If you pass by any of our rooms take the marker firmly in your hand that will be attached to a white board and leave a friendly hello...

Hi we are in 6140 and 6142. Look forward to seeing you.

Hi all! I just finished reading 76 PAGES of threads over the past two hours. We'll be joining you on our first DCL cruise. We're surprising our kids (DD 10 and DS 5) with this trip. They know we're going on vacation, but will have no idea where until we arrive at the ship. I've e-mailed Lisa our family's info and hope to be able to access the website soon. We'll be dining at late seating and I'll post our cabin # when I get home tonight.

For those of you that have taken this cruise before, which excursions would you recommend that are kid-friendly?

Looking forward to meeting many of you onboard!

-Mark and Shannon Frank

P.S. Since many of you are talking sports, our Indianapolis Colts are 6-0!

Welcome to all of the newcomers!
Tig n pooh, we did a 4 day in July '04 also. We got hooked too! It was supposed to be a once in a lifetime trip. ;)

Indyfranks, We haven't done the Eastern yet, but we signed up to go on the Doubloon Sail and Snorkle on St Thomas. It looks like a lot of fun! My DD is 10 ( or will be in a few weeks) and DS is 7.

hi newcomers.....are there any 3 - 4 year old boys traveling with you? My son seems to be the only boy...one prince surrounded by many cinderellas... :rotfl:

Wow more new people...cool. Welcome to the madness. I personally wouldn't mind a few more guys on the thread. Although, I must say..you women know your sports. Your husbands must love you.

Mark, FYI it's Indy vs Jacksonville in Jacksonville on December 11th. See you in Diversions. It will be interesting to see what games they televise.

ok everyone....we need prayers and pixie dust that this storm doesn't come our way....I would hate it to hit anyone.

Welcome to the new cruisers. I can't wait until we're all onboard :) I guess the "dive in" theatre is getting pretty good reviews on the current cruise. That will be fun. I guess they even play tv shows for the kids earlier in the day. Some of the shows from Playhouse Disney.

Anyone know what the possibility of Naria playing on our cruise will be? I think we have a fairly good chance as it comes out on Dec 9th.

Anyway, I ramble, I just don't want to go to work today, I have a bunch of hearings to do today. Anyway, have fun today.

ughhh all the models are showing pretty much right around us. I just called and upped our homeowner's insurance.
