You can't use the GC on food from what the site said but I am not sure about the $200 GC for the 4 for 7 deal. I was hoping to apply it to the cruise but it doesn't look like that is possible. I don't know if Mike will want to cancel the dining plan and just use that towards our meals and pay the difference? We usually don't spend that much on stuff in the park and we only "need" so many pins. We will have to see what the stips on the GCs are from the trip reports when they start posting.

We are at a State Park in SW Texas. We don't want to drive in the rainy, stormy weather so we decided to spend 2 nights here before we head to San Angelo for a day then over to San Antonio/Austin for 3 or 4 days. We just found out that you do not need a fishing liscense to fish in a Texas State Park (just need to pay the entrance fee). So, DrHug may get to spend a day fishing over by San Antonio.

We enjoyed our day at Tombstone, AZ a couple of days ago. Went to see the shootout at the OK Corral.

We saw gasoline for $1.20 (yep not a typo) in Las Cruses, New Mexico! We had just filled up at a truck stop, but only paid $1.45 and the $1.20 station was kind of small and would have been difficult to navigate in the MH with the tow so we were not too disappointed that we had already filled up. $1.45 was good too.

We got back yesterday from our week at Disney HHI resort. It was really nice. Honestly....I love the outer banks more than HHI...but I loved the Disney resort. As soon as our house is paid off we are buying into DVC!!!! WE LOVED the resort!!!!!!

We are on the road. Almost to Tallahassee! We made ressies for Vero Beach for 3 nights beginning tomorrow....just because we could! We spent most of the day at Gulf Shores, AL yesterday while the "home" was at Caming World getting the water heater running again. Drove in the evening and slept in WM parking lot. Now we are on our way. WDW 18-23 and then again Feb 8-12.

Gulf Shores, AL was really nice. We planned to just scoot thru LA, MS and AL thinking not much there that we were interested in and needing to scurry on to Vero Beach, but sometimes happen as they should and we wound up needing something to do for the day. We saw a beautiful beach with sugar sand and met some nice folks. We formed a trio with our cute little waitress at lunch and sang a chorus of Gimme Three Steps and met a very nice old fellow on the beach who took our photo. Met his sweet wife and daughter from Texas too when they joined him. Nice day and the water heater made us just slow down and enjoy the view. We still will make it to Vero Beach easily by tomorrow afternoon.

2/12 - Disney Quest day, Chip & Dale campfire and movie

YES!! We were waitlisted for the studio at SSR for the night of the 12th and it came through, so we will check out on the 13th. We want to meet your "other" mom!

We're back from the trip but have not had a chance to get online We had a great trip even though WDW Christmas week is INSANE! The cruise was magical
