Wow - My dad is getting back $850!! He left me a message saying I did good.....

I'd call and talk with a manager. Someone has to be able to get into your account. What if your TA drops off the face of the earth. Stuff happens (accidents, etc) and they surely have someone that can access his accounts.

The Library is (gasp!) CLOSED today!

No laptop back from repairs yet.

I'm actually at Kinkos spending 20 cents/minute TRYING to catch up. Not gonna happen unless I spend some big bucks! Will be hopelessly behind.

Now that is a sign of a true addict!

She is on her way now, and was in tears leaving her cousins. She probably will not get home until the middle of the evening - around 7-8 - it is a 9 hour drive!

(not fun when you are on vacation) And I sent him one as well. She mentioned she "tried to access but appears he booked through Disney directly? Whatever that means....

Not knowing how Disney handles the discount, ie only X number of rooms at that rate is what has me a bit frantic.

Did you try the main board?? I'm sure someone knows if it is a limited time/ limited amount thing.

OMG - I just checked and FL resident rates are OUT for this cruise! I called my TA and he is on vacation til the 15th! So I called AAA and was told they can't get into the booking!!

Van, do not let go of that TA! There's no way you should be punished for him/her/it going away and leaving you stranded. Your dad got back over $800 for pitys sake! I could bring along another guest for that much!

Let me throw this out there.

Are most men squeemish about getting a message?? I mentioned to DH last night that i booked us a couples massage on the cruise. He gave me this weird look and said he's not sure that's a good idea. Something about it would be wrong for him to let a woman other than his wife touch him like that and more wrong to let a man??? I told him I could care less if a woman gave him a massage. Is this a common thought from a man?

I don't mind getting messages - I like messages . . .

I've got three Targets around me Lisa. I could go Check to see if they have one.... Just 'splain what it looks like and if there is a size.

I found it online in a medium for $10 but the shipping is almost $7. That would still be cheaper than the $20 they have it priced in the store. It isn't on sale after all. I showed DD the first dress & she was in her after school mood so that wasn't a good indicator of how she really feels. I will have to sit her down tonight to look at both of them.

While I think most men are uncomfortable at first - have you asked your DH if this is a cultural thing for him? I once saw a special on PBS showing the turkish baths where they have these big burly guys who do the massages. Your DH may have been brought up culturally to feel even more uncomfortable, and reading between the lines it sounds like that.

It took Amy bugging me for two years before I finally did it - and I loved it. Now I am just too cheap to spend that kind of money on myself only to make myself feel good. That's a bit of a cultural - upbringing thing for me. If it is not a material thing, I hate paying money for it.
