This more experienced parent (not a title I really relish) says bring her. If you don't, you will spend lots of time thinking about her, and why you didn't bring her. When Amy and I went on an anniversary cruise for our 15th by ourselves, (Sophia was only 1) we went to the kids show and both had tears in our eyes because our kids were not with us.
There are LOTS of substitute aunts and uncles here for you Becka. Don't feel like you are imposing - we'll be glad to help out and give you a break, or give her a change of scenery so that she calms down. And who said anything about entertain? I just give the look and the voice - it may work for up to a week - once they get to know me though, it wears off.
