OK I get on here and take the time out to get caught up and now you guys are all somewhere else. :confused3

I guess Caroline is not the only one feeling unloved this morning.... :(

Your not the only one on. :teeth:

Good morning!
Caught up for now. DS is trying to share his Honey Nut Cheerios with me as I type (luckily he's just munching on dry ones so he's not handing me soggy ones).
Have to do some grocery shopping today, and I better do some sewing. Football and the Amazing Race today, of course.
V, did you decide which QB to start? I want Tom Brady to do well against Palmer because I want the Pats to beat the Bengals. But since I want that, it will not happen. So I guess that means you shouldn't start Brady.

thanks - actually I am debating right now.

I think I am going to go with Grossman over Brady. Seattle and Chicago are both 3-0 and it's at Chicago. Cinnci and New England are are Cinnci and I think it's going to go to one QB or the other. I only gets points for QB's passing a TD and Brady hasn't done much for me all season.

Problem is, if I switch it up and bench Brady he will go off!

writing these down now... I love a good recommendation on a book! Thank you!!!!

I've got plenty more Kim, especially if you like Science Fiction. Another series that I would definitely recommend is the "Ender" series, starting with "Ender's Game" by Orson Scott Card. Those books I did not read, but listened to on audio - Alex read them. They are great books, and very thoughtful and thought provoking SF.

Arthur C. Clarke is another one of my favorite authors.

I have read a lot of the "old authors" of SF from when I was a kid . . . Asimov, Bradbury, Heinlen, Clarke, etc. Many of these guys have passed away now or are very old.

If you ever decide to read fantasy (beyond J.R.R. Tolkein) I have some excellent recommendations there too.

I guess we will be making our way to Meijer this morning.....I was hoping for no plans, just a lazy day around the house. I did turn the heat on just a moment ago, it's 66 inside the house and way to cold for me. Paul loves it this cold but he lost :teeth:

Our house was 64 inside this morning!

Quilt weather!

Right Patsy?

Our grocery stores have them too. Now they are having more store coupon sales too and I refuse to clip coupons! Well, I clip them then never bring them. :rotfl:

No card at our stores, and we advertise that fact!

Just a short drive for all of you . . . :rotfl2:

We do that all the time too :rotfl: Paul likes to clip them out and we NEVER bring them. Usually when we go back to see what we have for coupons, they are all expired and have to throw them out....why can't they just price the food right so you don't have to clip coupons or have a silly savings card :confused3

We do that!

Here's our website! There is a link to our ad there, and we have a two-day sale this weekend.

So now it is me all by myself - not like I am not used to that!

Oh well, everyone must be at church or busy.

Time for me to get busy - lots of stuff to do around the house, run in to the office, and don't want to miss the Browns play the Raiders at 4:15 - THAT should be an awful game!

Later guys!

The sun is shining even though it is cool - thank goodness!

Of course he lost, that's the way it is supposed to be. I can tell you are going to have a great marriage! :teeth:
