I never noticed the banana man not dancing. I wonder if the page did not fully load and that is the problem. Try refreshing the page and see if he gets dancing again.

Unfortunantly yes...and people get so touchy when you point it out to them. OY OY OY!!!!

A big one last year was that someone was told what their rotation would be for a cruise 6 months out. Of course when they posted this on a thread telling the OP that they wouldn't find out until check in ... well it was a mess. We finally convinced that person to call DCL back & guess what? The CM they talked to told them that they could request a rotation but they would NOT know what they had until they checked in at the port. DING! DING! DING! DING! DING! Another right answer for the DIS boards.

Unfortunantly, not everyone who answers the phones for DCL has set foot on a DCL ship. They read what is on the cards in front of them. The website was wrong regarding the new dress code for MONTHS!!! Guess what? the CMs at DCL's CS line were also wrong. They had NO IDEA that jeans were now ok allowed in the dining room.

You will see a big deal about the 2008 summer cruises. Every year this happens. Someone on the DIS will know where DCL is going before it is official or anyone at the call center knows about it. People here submitted requests for the Med cruises for suites & all other rooms up to 2 years ahead of the official announcement. Others were guessing Haiwai or Alaska...it was the Med. Those who had faxed in early requests for the wait list that didn't officially exist were given a couple weeks to put a deposit down. DCL CSRs told everyone that there wasn't a waitlist that existed while people were being left a special number to call back for the waitlist. You know when the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing? Can you tell it was frustrating keeping up with the nonsense on the board? LOL!

Did I miss anything good. Not even a whole day has gone by. I have a headache, my water pump is almost out in my car, and I am soposed to go to spokane tomorrow. DH called a friend and he just got off work. He is coming down to fix it with him. DH just ran down to get the part. Sometimes he can be so nice. I think he just is feeling bad becouse he got his fixed this weekend and it was no where near what mine sounds like today. Or he doesn't want me to drive the truck. thats probly it.

Brandi has been working on a Powerpoint presentation (i.e. she knows what she is doing) so maybe we can put her in charge of giving a "catch up" DIS Cult seminar via Powerpoint in the terminal before we board. Then everyone could catch up!

Can you even imagine breaking that out in the terminal...they would probably drag me off in a white suit with long sleeves....

Mary just posted that they had the sailaway at the Goofy pool at 3 pm because the DJ was already playing music & he noticed them early & got to talk to them. How does that sound to you guys. If we board before noon...have lunch & get the kids in the pool by 1 or so...get everyone changed for the sailaway by 2:45 and meet at 3....would that work? We would have to leave for the boat drill to get our jackets by 3:40 or so....then meet back at the Goofy pool for the sailaway?

This loose tooth is going to drive me nuts!!!! OYYYYYYYY!!! DD is still not brushing it and is shoving food into her cheek to eat. Nothing is touching the tooth...which is now hanging forward even more.

John, remember how DH didn't want me to touch DS's tooth on the last cruise...kept saying that it will fall out when it is ready & it would hurt more if it was pulled out? Well...for the second day in a row, DH has tried to convince DD to let us twist the tooth to get it out. Yes, I have tried the floss a couple times. Not sure what I am suppose to do to get the tooth to come out.

Have her bite into an apple. We always have elementary kids loose teeth when we have apples with our school lunch!

Wasnt on the DD it was just a Western in June ...we were a small bunch of DISer's , thats why we had the meet and greet in our Suite (walt) about 40 in total if you included the kids and so forth ....

Now I have to catch up with the rest of the post from pg 618 ..LOL

Todd - how did you like the suite? Was it amazing???? I would LOVE to see the inside of one!
