Ok - the one time I am up late no one is chatty?

DH had his ball game - they won the league and this was position night...well they did about as great as the Indians have been doing lately! Even with DH's GRAND SLAM!! (one for each of his girls he says!!) It was fun - I spoke with people I haven't seen in years!! But ---- even though DH's team lost...I still ;) ;) got my wish of WL for our pre cruise stay!!! UNFORTUNATELY, all that is available through WDW is some Old Faithful Concierge room....sorry but the only time I will ever pay for conc and Disney is on the cruise....so I am going to contact AAA tomorrow to see what he can do!

Goodluck booking the room you want. :) There are alot of cute thing on OT's website.

poor V, has to get D.I.S treats to get free shipping. Guys, can we accept treats that were order only for free shipping, heck yeah, lol.

Thanks V, you rock to think of us!

I'm still up, and I'm chatty (for me) tonight. Wish DS3 would get to sleep though and stop yelling for mom!

Oh, and we have the Happy Meal bandana hats now!

Wait, GET UP EARLY?!! Who said GET UP EARLY?!!

I don't know about early, early but i like to get up on the CC days and watch the sun rise.....

This trip i want to get to a couple of the AM spinning classes at least two or three days.

V - Love Wilderness Lodge - was one of our favorites until we went to OKW.

Great Bracelets Kim!

Did any of you watch the DCL show on the travel channel tonight? Even though it is the same old show that I've seen many times, I haven't seen it in awhile, and it was fun to watch and daydream about vacation.

Everything is really shaping up for everyone in planning - and we still have more than four months.

So V, is your DH the Travis Hafner of Softball?

John

Maybe he can come keep DD entertained...she and I are the only ones up here....seems she needs no sleep what so ever!!

I am going to have to go check out the dollar section at Target this weekend to see about those boards. :)

Oh, I'd like that for ME! But those early morning activities are less entertaining with the running commentary of a 3-year-old. "Mommy.. Mommy.. Mommmmmmy. What's dat? Where's Mickey?! Is dis da Mickey boat? Who's dat?Can I have a donut? Can I have another one? And some chok-lit milk?"

ROFLMAO!!!!!! OK, so you will belong to one of those kids saying the exact same thing. :lmao:

We were watching the DCL special while I was trying to clean the carpets.

We got the carpets cleaned while we were in WDW in May, and already that dog and that child has our carpet looking bad. I went out and bought one of those Hoover steam vacs because I don't want to pay to have someone to clean it every couple of weeks. Did a pretty good job. I guess beige was a poor choice of color, but at the time, the only kid was beyond spilling stuff and we did not have a dog.

Time for bed for me again - I'm not much good past 11:00.

I do get up early on the cruise (too used to it from work) - but I am the only one. DW and DD like to sleep in on vacation, and I like to get up, eat Bfast, and get active early.

John

Hey John - well, TH is doing pretty well - isn't he...as far as averages go. You know DH's dad played for the Cleveland Chicks.........it has been hard watching DH lately....John grew up and wanted to be OJ Simpson....he wanted to play like him, his dad told him to run everyday, he did...he ended up running track for UF....but he has such a talent for playing ball. When I first met him - and I came from UF and am a "ball" girl - kept score for the baseball team, etc - he took me to one of his games and I was shocked, yes it was softball but he rocked the ball. HE still does....and he doesn't work out, nor takes batting practice.ETA - on any tyoe of reg basis - he tries to hit before the game! SOOO many of our friends practice every day, some do 'roids, buy juiced bats, etc...and they have nothing compared to John. Having knee surgery was pretty damn devastating for him. Until then I firmly believe he thought he could have walked on to the Devil Rays - which I really believe as well....now, I don't know who would be paying who...

I guess I just find it so hard to watch DH as he ages and is playing differently because I know what a dream that was/is for him. Everytime I see anything to do with dancing or performing arts I feel the same way.

But he has won quite a few batting titles in the nine years we've been together - unfortunately this season he doesn't have enough at bats as I have been taking my GMAT classes!

It is so nice to be able to pull out the cleaner when there is a mess. :)

Exactly why my DH and I don't plan on having another.... Going through that once was rough enough. Now that dd is 13 we're in the home stretch. I have watched my 3yo nephew (even took him on a Wonder 3 day when he was 16 months for my Dsis). I think i'm too old to start over now....

Which is exactly what we all are thinking when we smile after witnessing that. ;)

Was/is someone doing pencils too?
Yes V - I am doing the pencils. I was just looking at them in the oriental trading book as well!
