V - Today...I left the fireplace on, I let a pot almost boil over, I left the water running in the bathroom sink (to heat up) for a looooonngggg time (not sure how long, but I think I mowed part of the yard while it was still running!!)...guess my mind isn't 'here' either!!

these next 10 days before we leave may just put me over the edge!!

OK folks, It's time for me to check out and go home. I have to get the cats from the vet, check the mail/ups for docs and work on that last quilt.

My tummy is all tied up in knots because I am so excited about this trip! I haven't been this way since I went to Paris in college. I'll try to check in later today or tomorrow lunch.

Did anyone see ESN post on the main board - will be on our cruise, but is a self admitted lurker who will deny any knowledge of why people are in lime green shirts - has ESN posted here and I missed it? Does ESN have any idea what will really be going on on the cruise?? Andy, Lisa, John1???

I went back to the Doctor this morning. I am now on the steroid prednosone (or however you spell it) and a strong antibiotic Avelox. I must also continue to use flonase and advil cold and sinus!!! I am like a walking pharmacy! If I am not "much better by Friday" I must go back!

OK, here's one for Becka. Hope that it makes her smile. I was trying to keep myself from cracking up last night & waking up DH. DS has had major relapses this weekend with the bathroom bat that lives in this house. We have been listening to Disney Christmas music all week. For some reason the Monster Mash popped into my head.

I walked in the bathroom, late one night.
When my eyes beheld a eerie sight,
what was splashed all over, oh what could it be
it was lots of little puddles of pee.

I was on the crocs site today and had them in my cart and was checking out. When I saw that they charged 10 bucks for shipping I canceled it!!! Now I am going to go and look at this site.

see now i used to say that too...Until i found that i have a heal spur... and they are great for those with that condition. (and hear i thought my feet just hurt from walking around Disney..Nooo i have an actual diagnosis.)

Their dorkyness is pale in comparison to the comfort of my feet....

I thought they were horrible...then my Dh got me the purple pair. Now I LOVE THEM!!!
