How does anyone just HAPPEN TO NOTICE a mathematical equaltion of percentages???!!!!!

You guys are giving me such a hard time about this! I really did happen to notice that the total posts for the board was 540,000'ish and I also knew that we were 55,000+ so it was not like it was hard math there. It was a casual observation for someone with a math brain like me. I see weird number things everywhere I go. It is a gift or a curse depending on how you look at it.

Pies are baked (and cooling), car has been cleaned out, 85% of the stuff we need has been packed and I don't even think I overpacked. All presents have been wrapped and are ready to be put in the car.

I need to do a little more packing this evening before bed but I am feeling a lot better about tomorrow.

Nathan has a really rough day today. His teacher Ms. M is leaving on maternity leave and the new teacher took over today. When I got there the class was out of control. It was obvious they were not listening to her. She looked like she had a really rough day. Nathan refused to listen to her all day.

I asked him why he would not listen and he told me that he loves Ms. M and he wants Ms. M back. We had a talk about how he will miss Ms. M but that he needs to listen to his new teacher and that I am sure he will learn to like her as well.

Actually it is going to be really bad timing for a new teacher. We have this long weekend, then shortly after the cruise and then Christmas. It is going to be hard for Nathan to adjust to a new teacher when we will have his scheduled so messed up for the next 5-6 weeks.

LOL! This gives me more time since it takes less time to put things away in an orderly closet and much less time finding the shirt that I want.

Lisa - not only do I understand your obsession with neat closets - I live it daily.

Absolutely no wire hangers ....all must be plastic....each closet has its own color. Every clothes (short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirt, etc) has its own section. Each section is organized by color and the colors must blend....pink, then red then darker red...into a brown...into a black...into a grey...into a blue...etc. You cannot put red next to yellow...it must be pleasing to the eye!!

no wonder you guys are always so stressed! John would be happy if the clothes were in the closet!!

I am going to recommend to DS that he and his friends do a medical study on this type of obsessive behavior and use all of you as their subjects. Maybe they can find some sort of cure besides drugs.

When I flew to Minnesota there were women who had their make-up in the ziplock bags and were fine. In fact, the lady in front of me had lipstick in her purse and they made her put it in a ziplock bag.

OMG!!! NO WAY do I want to get on that ship without all of you guys!!! Spending this cruise with you is going to be the best part of the experience. Of course, I would have to deal with my kids if I did NOT get on the ship because you guys didn't show up. You aren't punking me are you? Set me up for a fun filled cruise with crazy people and then we show up & noone else is there?

Laughing out loud again. Yes Lisa, over 150 people have been recruited by John, Amy and the morks.
