Some of very best friends are coming tonight from Norfolk which is nice but it because we are going to the funeral of one of our retired Officers tomorrow.

Just checking in. I cannot keep up with all of these pages!!! I just check up on ya'll every now and then. Am I the only one who is beginning to FREAK OUT a little bit? This trip is 'neaking up on me! I need to get my formal dress hemmed, find dress shoes for DS, etc. and do Thanksgiving, and host a Christmas party all in the next couple of weeks. I take comfort in being a list-maker but holy mackrel! Oh yeah- and I wanted to catch up on sleep too!

Actually everyone here is calm, cool, and collected. We have our in a row and have no worries... NOT!!!

came home to NO docs...as I fully expected since my TA doesn't even have them yet. But there was a FEDEX notice on my door...but does not say the company. The only thing I am expecting is my OT order which with free shipping I doubt was FE...plus the website says SMP. ???

The Officer who's funeral we are going to tomorrow was a great lady. She was in her 70's and never married. People remember her best for her jokes. One of the things she always said was that at her funeral she wanted only female pall bears. She said that no man would take her out when she was alive so didn't want any taking her out when she died! There are only female pall bearers tomorrow!

the daycare closes at 6 and I got there at 5:45, I am NEVER that late...I went grocery shopping first and it was a madhouse!

Todd, PTA presidents do not flash. That's how it starts, first the PTA president flashes, then there is the whole scandal and the family name is ruined. Nothing more sensational than the PTA or/and School Board being involved in naked revelry. Or underwear revelry....

We had "mooning" teachers last year at a bar at their end of the year party...
