We have cruised the Eastern 3 times. We love it because of the extra sea days.

That's why I chose the Eastern as well...I liked the calm that sea days can be, and that the first two full days on the ship are at sea.

I love the Eastern route, I love hearing everyone complain how we have to get up for customs the one morning and that is why they choose the Western. The line went soo smoothly I dont know why everyone complained so much.. I liked it, cause it made me get up and moving.

Hi, all my name is Dawn and my DH is Jim, this will be our 4th cruise, we are set up for main seating for dinner, we are on the 7th deck, but I am not sure as to which cabin. Please keep us posted as to schedule of events. Has anyone been on the Eastern before? Count us in on the Fish extenders. C-ya soon

Hi, Dawn! Thanks for the additional info for the cruiser list.

Please check in with our thread as your schedule allows. Our cruise is still a bit far out, but this is a great way to keep in touch with everyone. As for a schedule of events, check our cruise website for updates, especially the Meets and Fun pages. Specific times and more details will be added closer to sailing. Content is likely to increase substantially about a year out from the cruise.

Add me to those who prefer the Eastern to the Western itinerary . . strictly for the extra day at sea!

Does everyone do excursion or just wing it? We didnt do any excursions on the Eastern, at St Thomas the kids stayed on the ship, dh and I just did a taxi tour. I would like to do the gondola ride next time.

St Maarten.. we just went to the beach right across from the ship. We even got to watch a drug sale.

We swam with the dolphins in Oct in Mexico, that was a blast!

I'm lookiing for Kim Possible myself...I've heard she's traipsing around DHS somewhere in the Streets of America section along with Ron Stoppable.

I only saw one pic, I wonder if anyone has more pics with KP and Ron?

Kim Poss was there 2 years ago?.... at the time it was MGM, I will have to look, but I dont think the kids took pics with them. This year it was the Power Rangers and Lil Einsteins.

I have never seen Clarice.. very cool pics!!

Hello all- lots of random things to catch up on!

Amy- I joined you on the pedicure and had one with my mom last Friday. Fun and my toes look great!

BTW- It was mom's very first ever. I told her about the well wishes you had all sent for her breast cancer surgery. She is doing much better and looking forward positively to her reconstructive surgery next. Everything looks good so far! Thanks again to all of you.

KP & Ron- I have pics of my little girl with Kim and Ron at Cal. Adv somewhere I will have to look for them. I love KP! My kids were them at Halloween a few years ago and we have all of the DVD's. My cell phone even does the communicator beep when I get a text. My hair is basically the same color as hers in the summer months so it is always fun to hear the comments when the phone goes off. It's amazing how many teens really liked that show. I get the most comments from the high school set!

Video cam- For those of you looking I highly recommend the JVC one. We never buy anything w/o the full research work up and this little camera has lived up to the reviews in every way. My 11 year old took award winning video with it the first month we had it- it is so awesome!

Newbies- Welcome all. We already have way more people in this forum than on the cruise we took in Jan and we are still a year and 1/2 out. I am so excited to meet you all!

Taswira- We love Chukar! My dad grew up hunting them on the Mojave Desert and now my DH and son do it here in Ut. We seem to have many similarities.

New ships- I love the names and will be SO happy if one (new/ old don't care) is based in SD. We could drive down and skip the trans US flight.

I don't really have any good graphics of Clarice. She is rarely seen and not very well known. Also, our Chip 'n' Dale's Cruisin' Nuts theme (Thanks to Holly's suggestion) seems to work well. Clarice is never on the Disney cruises, so it would not make sense to add her to our cruise graphic.

But I agree that she is cute (although her image is "hot" while Gadget's is "cute" - LOL). I could try to find some decent graphics of Clarice and even Gadget sometime after I get back home to FL next month just to "decorate" the website though.

Thank you. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Today it's been in the 40s (fine with me) but the wind has been blowing 40+mph since last night, so I've been finding things to do here at the house. Next Tuesday we will be driving to Las Vegas for my DH's fighter pilot reunion. Not much to see along the way, so I think I'll take some magazines and a thick book - LOL. I brought some summer clothes because this time of year last time it was quite warm, but now they are having a cold spell.

It's hard for me to believe I only have two more weeks here, but the evening of the 7th I'll be back home in FL. I will miss this weather (except today's wind!) because I LOVE the COOL, but all the things in FL that attract the tourists are appealing to me as well.

This will be our 3rd cruise, we will be in room 6628, we had this room for our first cuise and loved. We cruised last October and got a cat 3 since my dad went with us.
Yes, we would love to do the FE, we had a blast doing them before.

Hello Beach Party of 3- we met you on the cruise in October, you probably know us by GolfnPirate who is my husband. Hello Mike, talked with you one night up on deck during the World Series, I was the nurse from MD.
