Just sent in our final payment for the cruise! I can't believe it. My daughter and husband were chatting this morning on yahoo and she said, "Daddy, you want to go on our Disney cruise with us?!" Pretty soon she'll get to ask him in person because his deployment is almost over! And I can start booking things next week.

Got my water suit for the cruise, I get so cold lately I was scared if I didn't have something I wouldn't be able to snorkel in St. John. Mike is wearing the one he wore when he first started diving at 16!

Anyone ever been on the DVC cruise? I have seen the thread about DVC'ers take over the Wonder, but I didnt realize what it was. We are thinking about trying to book next Sept for it.

went to the Disney store today hoping they had some Halloween tshirts... no luck...I saw some awesome shirts sold at WDW... guess I will have to wait until next.

I had gastric bypass a year ago to get rid of the diabetes...got off insulin and the pump the day of the surgery.. the weight loss was an added bonus.
It has been 1 year and I lost almost 100 lbs.

I can't believe how quickly time is moving along, the 90 day mark is well past us now and our ship will be here before you know it.
We (my partner MickeyandGoofy) have met some wonderful tablemates from the Dis.

Any adults interested in putting a table together??

Oh, yeah. Thanks Jenn. In fact now I recall where she posted on my FB wall about 6 days ago! I think I've been so busy multi-tasking that I'm not fully concentrating on any one thing at a time so I'm missing things. I need to remedy that!

The DH has given me full planning rights for our excursions. I currently booked the full day land/se excursion for $105 per person. Upon further investigating, I have found out about Bernard's tours (bernardstours.com). He comes really highly recommended and will pick up and drop off at the port, even for tendering. And the best part is that it only costs $40 per person.

I saw on some other meets where a group of DIS'ers got together for a tour and I just thought I would see if anyone else is interested in going. While this excursion does not include snorkeling, you do get to swim at the beach a couple of hours.

Mike and I booked the Bernards tour too.. It looked like a good deal and seemed more relaxed than some other tours. I like how he mentioned the 'flexibilty' depending on group needs. Anyway, we are leaving Sianna on the ship, she says she prefers the kids club. We were just going to rent a car and explore on our own, but we like the idea of hanging out with other crusin nuts !

I am debating on going for Bernard's tours as well instead of our original plan of the island and butterfly farm tour. Things are looking good!
