What part of PA are you from? We are about 15 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.

It's about 10-15 minutes from Gettysburg and right over the Maryland line. We live right next to Hanover Shoe Farms, which is a huge horse breeder.

We're going to the Pittsburgh ares to see DH's 96 y/o grandmother this upcoming weekend. She lives in an assited living home in Oakmont. We are staying in Monroeville. My FIL used to live in Shady Side. I went to Wheeling Jesuit University and travelled all over the Pittsburgh area for my volleyball team's games. I loved that entire region.

Based on the list above were working on it, 9 folks have shaired updated information with us,so thats a start.
You mentioned the Mickey pool I myself like to sit at the bar and line up the drinks as I deliver the Door signs.... ...ONLY KIDDING!!!! but not a bad idea..

Michelle2- It just hit me seeing your information that I read each update you had during/after your Med trip report. I really enjoyed it!

I'm wondering if we'll be close enough to Florida on Dec 6 at 4:31 PM (day at sea before CC) to see the space shuttle launch? We were on the Wonder last December during a night launch. It was delayed twice and finally launched while we were in late dining. The captain had come on earlier that evening saying it didn't look like they'd launch but he'd let us know. I'm sure they heard the announcement in the halls, but we didn't in the dining room and missed it. We did see a youtube video someone took from the Wonder that night of the launch and it looked really cool. So many people were lined up in cars and RVs along the coast for the launch as we headed out to sea (first night it was scheduled but delayed). Tons of people were taking pictures of the Wonder and waving. It was really nice.

We are across the bridge and about 3 miles north of Oakmont, and our church is in Oakmont. I also work at UPMC Shadyside hospital.
