11th of sept electrical parade?

Im trying to fit in seeing the electric light parade at MK. The best time for me to see this is 11th of sept... however ive just found out that night of joy is on the 11th. and it starts at 730pm. 30 minutes before the parade?

is this right? wouldnt the park be closed down to everyone but NOJ ticket holders?

edit - looks like i read the opening times wrong, closing at 5pm. will have to replan i guess

Yes - we were peeved as we were hoping that MNSSHP would be on around that time but this stupid event is taking place.
