Addendum: Wow, have I learned a lot from trying to rent banked points at the end of my use year! First, you can't transfer banked points to another member -- ever. Second, no deposits can be made to Interval Int'l within 60 days of the end of the use year. Third, Concierge Collection reservations cannot be made within 60 days of the end of the use year. Fourth, was I nuts? Availability at WDW was zero! I provide this info for anyone who may be interested.
