$116/night good for CB in August?

I'm booking my last two nights (adding on to 5 nights at BCV) and found CB for 116.00/night...this sounds like a great deal...is it?

pstepka, did you find that rate on a website like wdisneyw. com or something like that. I was hunting around last week and came upon that rate and posted a question on the disboards to see if anybody had used them before but I didn't get any response. Let me know where you found that rate, it sounds good to me, if its a legit site.

That is a pretty good rate considering the rack rate is $144 and above.
There were better annual passholder rates though. I got CSR for $84.00
Where were you quoted $116? Just curious.

There was a special rate for CB...CS was 144.00/night. I have to wait for the confirmation, however, to be sure there is a room available. It could take up to a week they said (but generally it's sooner). I figured why not try because it's not like I'd be missing out on anything by waiting a week.

Put your dates in and it will show a list of area hotels. The Disney ones were on page 2. I checked just now and CB is still showing up for 116 and All Stars is showing up for 81.00.

pstepka, Have you heard back yet? Hope it works that is a good rate. I think they have a couple other websites and I couldn't find much on them when I tried checking BBB. Do you have a back up plan, AAA rate is $20 more but I think that includes taxes. Good Luck, let us know one way or the other.

I'm still waiting! I'll let you know as soon as I hear! (I've got my fingers crossed!) I see they're still advertising those rates today, so I would HOPE there is still availability. We'll see...

No backup plan yet. We don't have AAA (I have roadside assistance through Dodge when I bought my new van). Do you have to show your card when checking in, or just give a number when reserving? (My parents have it). I figure worst case is I pay rack rate, so I'm not going to stop looking for a discount until the last second!

UGH...No confirmation, yet! Although, it WAS a holiday weekend so MAYBE that is why it is taking longer...I think it said it could take up to a week...I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I hear something on Monday.
