I highly recommend ServPro. They took care of my house when it flooded. They went above and beyond what they were hired to do. Due to certain circumstances I could not be at my house everytime they were there. I gave them a key to the house, they let me know each time they would be going into the house. I didn't have any problems with them bothering anything. Just for my own peace of mind I changed all the locks after the work was done.
