I went online to price out a package with the current AP rate and dining. I had a room only and figured I may as well add dining. Online it comes to $924.03 but when I called CRO to book it the package came to $103X.XX. That's without insurance, which doesn't cost $110 anyway. Am I missing something?

**After calling and speaking to three different CMs (one of whom was NOT very friendly OR helpful) I was given the same price as the website. The other CMs were using the wrong package code which was costing me $115 extra. The third CM applied the correct code and resolved the issue.**

Did you online price include tax?

It is possible. I have an annual pass, and priced my 3-night stay online, and then called in. The first 2 nights were the same, but the 3rd night had nearly a $50 difference, so I just ended up booking it online, and then making my building request a couple days later.

It was the final booking price.

I decided to forgo trying to book this one myself and transfer it over to a TA. They're better at handling these things than I am lol.

Mine was actually cheaper when calling CRO as opposed to online. I went to book online and had a question so called them up. I got my free dining package $50 less through CRO then it would have cost me online. I had chosen the no insurance for either one so it wasn't that. I was happy to get it even cheaper!

If you call CRO to book I believe they include the insurance. That threw me for a loop yesterday as well as my package was like 200 dollars higher. Then I asked them if they included the insurance and they had. I priced mine online before that. I told them to take off the insurance cost. Good Luck!!

That is exactly what I was going to say. CRO put on the insurance. That is the difference in price.

what resort when? What's the rack rate?

Pop June 2nd-8th. Rack rate is $130 for 4 nights and $140 for the weekend. One night I am paying rack rate ($130) for since it's one night past the dates covered by the AP offer. The rates are:

6/2 $79
6/3 $79
6/4 $79
6/5 $89
6/6 $89
6/7 $130
