It's check-in date, you can book up to 7 nights. If you want more nights, you should call every day after to add-on or wait the extra days and call for the rest.

This has recently been changed from check-out date to check-in date. Depending on when you purchased, the documentation you received may say check-out date.

You can call at 11 months from the check-in date to book the first 7 days. If you want a longer stay, call back daily after that to add on another day.

Depending upon when you are going and how long you are staying, it may be easier to book 7 days from your check-out date. That way you can book the entire vacation in one call.
