11-Day Park-Hopper Ticket?

I purchased 10-day Park Hoppers but I actually need 11 days. I called today to add one day and the girl said you have to do it there. She wasn't certain how it would work...she said use one day and then upgrade to a 10-day pass again. If that didn't work, she said the best way was to purchase a one day pass (no hopping) for each person. Of course, I really don't want to do that because we all know the longer you stay the cheaper the tickets. Honestly, if I thought adding one day was going to cost the same as a one day ticket, I would have shortened the trip.

Anyone do this before? How did it work?
Thanks for your help!

Unfortunately, there are no 11 day tickets. The only thing you can do is get a 10 day ticket and a 1 day ticket or look into an annual pass. You're looking at $270 for an adult 10 day hopper ticket and $71 for a 1 day non-hopping ticket for a total of $341. You can get an adult annual pass for $448 (less if your a DVC member). That might make sense if you'll be coming back within the next year.

Alternately, you could just plan to go to the parks for 10 of your 11 days. It's not bad to have a down day to stay by the pool in your resort or you could add the water parks option (or just get a 1 day water park ticket) and do the water parks for a day.

I agree with PP. You absolutely NEED a rest day or 2 while @ WDW. I would say to plan on spending one day at the pool, then maybe to Downtown Disney which would alleviate the need for the other ticket.

We always have a few full non-park days on our trips. Don't forget Fantasia Gardens for Mini-golf, another way to spend much less and have a great activity in lieu of another day at the park. Good Luck!

You can't do what the CM suggested with the 10 day ticket.

Take a break in the middle of the trip. Spend the day by the pool at the resort or at Downtown Disney.

Or add the Water Parks and More option - this will give you 10 ADDITIONAL days at the water parks or Disney Quest or World of Sports.

There is no such animal as a ticket for more than ten days of entry to the major parks, other than an annual product, for sale in North America. If you know someone in the UK who can make the purchase for you, there are 14 and 21 day tickets available at www.disney.co.uk .

However, you can, for $53.25 (including tax) each upgrade your ticket to include Water Parks Fun and More. This will get you ten entries to the "minor" parks.

Note that you have 14 days from the first use of a ticket to use all the entries on it, so if you do not buy the WPF&M option you can skip one day in the middle of the trip.
