Hi there, It is a yucky rainy day here. It was freezing rain, but now it is just cold rain. Tonight it may snow again. Gotta love michigan winters:eek: Not much going on here today. I have been working at DD schools Holiday shop. I also went to get a few Christmas gifts.

Okie-I am glad you mom is doing better :thumbsup2

Shell and Bill-I hope you get some sleep tonight:cloud9:

Dawn-I see you are from Kalamazoo. My brother and his wife live in Portage. They used to live right off of Westnidge in Kalmazoo.

Bob and Lisa-Nice picture. You guys look great!!

Shell I will send our information soon. I am trying to find a nice picture that is good of all fo us.
Hi to all my other  friends:)

TTYL

OMG! You guys are so SKINNY!!

Roscoe, dang man theres a whole lot less of you to love:rotfl2:

Hi Shell:love:

Bob and Lisa-Nice picture. You guys look great!!

Well, I am a LONG way from skinny, but as of yesterday, I have lost 68 pounds. Lisa has lost about 25 pounds. We are both definitely feeling a lot better. Thanks for noticing!

My goal is to have a game next year called "Who can recognize Bob First?"

He'll be the one with all the ladies fawning all over him ... :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

OK Wendy ... there's our inspiration!

Ok, to appease Bob. I'm posting.

Good Afternoon All. Its raining here, seems we have missed most of the ice. Other than that, nothing is going on. Trying to figure out how to leave work early. I've been here toooo long, they know all my tricks.

Love ya, miss ya.....

Oh I miss the city during Christmas...thanks for the picture.

It's only 44 here today:eek: that's freakin' cold but it's sunny as can be. Our
weather people are tryin to compare our weather to all the ice storms...they are so pathetic...they have no idea what it is to have real weather. :lmao:

Hey Nanas,

Saw mom today-much more awake....she actually worked with physical therapy today (man-give the woman a chance to recover)-did walk from the bed to the door of the room-wow...what a difference!!! She is being moved out of ICU tonight to a regular med-surg floor. :woohoo: :woohoo:

Just got a call about my van....it's fixed...yeah   ...$1221.62 :scared1: ....this is tapping into my cruise money

Joshua hasn't been online yet tonight-he and Rick are going to pick up my van right now....

Having family dinner for Chelsea's birthday--she is vegetarian right now...so we are having stuffed shells, caesar salad, and garlic bread......ice cream cake for dessert....so much for losing the weight I gained on the cruise...well I still have 11 months to get it off :rolleyes1

Chow.....

While we're on the subject ... stupid question ... who got my regional gift? We got Brantley's, which was a cardinal suncatcher and NC postcards. What did each of you give and get?

Hi everyone! Wow there was a lot going on today - lots to catch up on.

Okie - glad to hear that your mom is doing better!!

Chelsea - Happy Birthday!!!

Bill and Shell - I never said congrats on the new puppy! I missed the pictures - you will need to post more soon. Enjoy the little one!!

Bob and Lisa - you guys look great - congrats!

Hope those of you in the midwest are doing ok with the weather. Mel - have not heard from you today - hope all is well. Hear there is ice out your way - yuck!

After days of dreary and rainy and sometimes snowy weather - it is in the 60s right now - very strange - just got warm this afternoon - only for a short time. It was nice to see - hope to have more soon - but I hear snow is coming this weekend.

Emily has strep - poor little thing - does not feel good at all.

Take care everyone! Have a good night!

Hi Mina-We enjoyed seeing you guys this past fall too. My girls still need to put Elizabeth on thier web-kinz buddy list so they can send her presents and messages. Maybe we will try to do that this week.
Your girls will love enchanted. The ending may be a little scary for your youngest. Our neighbors daughter is 4 and she got scared during the ending of the movie. My girls were fine. Talk to you soon:)

Hi! Yes, Elizabeth needs to do the same. She has not been on webkinz for a while - goes in spurts. I will try to locate my notes from your girls too and see if we can add to the buddy list this weekend too. She would enjoy it.

Emily was afraid of Enchanted. Had herself all worked up when we went to see it; we stayed for the first 5 or 10 minutes. She talked the whole time asking when the scary part was and then we ended up leaving. I think Elizabeth will enjoy it. Hope to see it soon.

Take care and Happy Holidays to you and your family!

I got a bottle of wine from a North Carolina Vineyard and I gave an ornament made out of dice and a $5 casino chip from Green Valley Ranch Casino which in only about 2 miles from my house (it's the one featured on the last Hell's Kitchen).

OK on to the excusions. So I really wanted to do the Fury Catamaran in Cozumel but the reviews were just Ok, plus it's in the afternoon (I like earlier excusions) so than I thought about doing the Dolphin Encounter but the one you book through DCL is just a petting one(which we have already done) not an actual swim. If you want to swim with the Dolphins you have to book directly though the vendor. I am a little worried about not using DCL for my excusions. What are you guys thinking of doing?

I've stayed at Green Valley Ranch when I worked for a living. :rotfl:

Hi everybody. We gave a U of Pittsburgh pewter Christmas ornament that Maryellen and Larry got and we received goodies from Mizzou from Tonya and Trey.

Bob and Lisa - Congrats! You both look great!!!!!! You are an inspiration for sure I gotta get off my fat behind.
jeff

Evening everyone,

Bob and Lisa, what can i say? Your both AWESOME!!!

Okie, great news about your mom.

Shell, Pixie is 9 months and we still have to watch her. If a sock is on the floor she will run with it and chew it all up and eat it if we dont get it fast enough.:scared1: She is still as playful as she was at 9 weeks!! Only she is so big now it can really be distructive if we dont keep after her.:sad2:

when she cried in her cage we put a blanket over it and put an old piece of clothing with our scent on it with her in it and she never cried again.
Vet says they feel more secure if it is dark and our scent is comforting to her. we threw in an old towel for her to cuddle with like she would of her siblings were there. she still sleeps with the towel.

Last week she jumped on the bed and grabbed my PJ's and Greg got them from her after 5 seconds and she already bit a big hole in the rear:eek:
Oh well, now they look like they came from Victoria"s Secrets instead of Walmart, but with a Walmart price tag:rolleyes1

I got Christmas shopping for the dogs done today. One cookie I found looked like a cat and a mailman.:lmao: Randy will be bringing Poncho over so I have to buy for my grand puppy too. He is a tiny 110 pound lab:scared:

well time to relax and watch some TV,
catch everyone later,

kathy
