Linda-Feel betterpixiedust:

Well off to get DD from school:car: Did not get much done today.:rolleyes1 Too much time on the DIS boards and too lazy!! Maybe I will get some more stuff done around here tongiht.

Hey Rick! Glad to see I have another biker on the board. Are you riding cr--- rocket for a cruiser? Personally, I ride a 97 Shadow 1100.

Hope everyone is having a great afternoon!

I suppose it's time to move over here. I won't be on this cruise  but I'd be willing to talk if you all are willing to hear me... :goodvibes
It would seem to me that we have many more posts to go! Only 3000+? :lmao: :lmao:
Well, this is further off than last week's thread... :surfweb:

Hi Josh,
good to see ya posting even if you cant go with the rest of the family:sad2:
That is a high price you have to pay for higher education;) We need you to help boost the posts here, we need to beat the 07 posts total.:woohoo:

Lorna,
I just couldn't help but rub in the temperature. I still think it is funny that people in Florida think 70 is cold, i think they are a bit :scared: .
We come from Oregon, so I know cold when I feel it:thumbsup2

I did lots of stuff today.
I went to the bank, the vet, the post office, wal mart, made cookie dough but didnt bake it yet, made chocolate and regular cream puffs, also made a turkey casserole for dinner, wrapped the presents I have bought so far.

Now I am pooped, so I will sign off for now, have a great evening everyone,

Kathy

Good Evening    ,
Well today I did not get much done because DS was still moaning and crying and just not himself. That is all that is going on here. Have a good night and talk to you all in the morning!!!

Kathy: Reading all the things you did made me tired:rotfl2: :rotfl2: !! Cold Weather to you Florida people is what 70 degrees:rotfl2: :rotfl2: !! Cold to me is the weather we have right now 20 degrees!!

Linda: Feel Better!!!

Bob: How did you like the City and the Rockfeller Tree??

Hope everyone is having a great afternoon!

I had a 86 750 Shadow, but had to sell it (got married)
it wasn't to good on the back roads, had to keep the speed down.

I am looking at a Yamaha FZ6 or a Honda CBR 600RR. Only with the CBR I
Will have to install handle bar risers (I have a bad back) this will help
keep me from having to lay down on the gas tank. These bikes live at
about 14,000 rpms, so the speed will be alot higher the the 750 Shadow.

(as he yells from the dark cold basement)

Good Morning, All!

On the minus side - Still sick. Still cold.

On the plus side - made Woo's wonderful crock pot pork chops last night - OMG they were FANTASTIC! And it couldn't have been simpler.

Happy Day, Everybody!

Bob: How did you like the City and the Rockfeller Tree??

Hey Lynn: We had a great time in NYC, and the tree was gorgeous. Thought of you guys last night. I wanted to eat at Chili's, and the closest one was in Palisades, so I went over there and walked around a bit last night. Only disappointment was that I couldn't find the Orange County Chopper store, so any guidance would be appreciated! I guess I will have to make another trip.

Fortunately, my loving wife loves to ride as much as I do. As a matter of fact, I wasn't going to buy the current bike, but she encouraged me to do it so that we could both ride together more comfortably. I have an 87 Nighthawk 700 down in the basement that needs a little work. I need to get it cleaned up and running smooth. I don't want a cr*** rocket, but I love the handling of that Nighthawk when I ride alone!

Bob,
I am glad you and Lisa had fun in the Big Apple. Okay as for the OCC Store at the Palisades Mall. It is a big mall right?? It is located on the 4th floor across from Outback Steakhouse and near the IMax. It is alittle past Chili's. It has glass window and the OCC bikes are right in the front and side windows. Hope this helps you!! Happy Shopping!!

Good Morning    ,
Well we woke up too another inch of snow on the ground and we have about 50 mph winds today. DS is feeling much better today. He is back to himself. Today I am just dusting and getting the clean cleaned up. My Mother-in-law is sleeping over so she can babysit DS while DH and I go to the sonogram and the Doctor on Wednesday morning. That is all that is going on here. Talk to you all later!!

06ers ... I just got an e-mail from our beloved Lauri and she says:

Exciting news: Patrick is in the new Debbie Allen Musical "Alex in Wonderland" --- It is playing at the UCLA Freud Playhouse, but will also be broadcast on PBS. I don't have the date yet.

And we can all say we knew him when!!!!!

Morning all:

Just a quick hello

My computer at home is still sick.....:sad2: Oh well.....I will hopefully get it fixed this weekend....

OK you 07's when are we going to see some pictures and read some reports?

Gotta run later all

Okay, I know where you are talking about now. I was just surprised that it wasn't listed on ANY of the directories I looked at. I may head back over that way for dinner one night this week at the Fox Sports Cafe, so I will check it out then.

BTW, that mall is HUGE! I couldn't believe all the stuff in there!
