Hey ,
Well looks like summer weather will be over for us in NY after today!! I am also VERY upset that the Yankees lost!!! It is a cloudy and gloomy day. DS and I went to the Outlets to walk around. I got DS his snowpants to play in the snow and socks for the Christmas pictures. We came home around lunch time. That is all that is going on here. Going to put DS down for a nap and I think I am going to take a nap too.

Boy, step away for a few days and look how much I missed.

Denise, sorry to hear about Wally's dad. That's the tough thing about this 40+ age bracket - one by one we are becoming the "older generation". . . of course it does beat the alternative.

Lynn thanks for posting more cute photos- that little fellow seems to get bigger by the minute! And glad to hear you're doing well, too.

Kathy, is it a tough time to sell, or is Florida RE still doing ok? Things seem to be staying on the market for forever here.

Bruce has a date for his surgery - October 18th. They originally had it scheduled for when I was gone to Disney for the race. THAT wouldn't do! so then they suggested November 16th which would have interfered with my breakfast with Woo & Mutt. THAT wouldn't do either!

Good Morning ,
Today was a VERY hard day for me !! I did not sleep well and woke up with a massive headache . It just made me feel sick all day. I also had to go for my prenatal blood work today. Then when DS took a nap I took a nap too. It help alittle. Well I am glad you all got a good laugh at my little piggy's pictures !!! Well I am going to realx now!! Good Night!!

Evening everyone,

I am writing on behalf of Pat tonight.

She needs all the prayers and good thoughts we can all give her.

Her new grandsone William has been diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. His mother is not handling this well, she needs our prayers to get through this as they all do.
He will be going in for more tests on Monday. After 7 days of labor on and off and 20 hours of labor in the hospital they did a C-section.

Cullen also has mercer. She didnt elaborate on it but it is some iknd of an infection that can be very serious. he goes in on thursday and friday for testing for this. They think he picked it up at the hospital while visiting Bobbi and William.

Steve's mom is now on hospice and his dad is having problems too.

So now is the time to remember her family in your prayers, they really need them now. It may be several days after the tests before results come back but when Pat contacts me I will let you know what is happening.


PaT says she is not forgetting about all of us, she is just too overwhelmed right now to post.

Hi everyone, Well fall has arrived. I had to turn on the heat tonight. It is damp and rainy. I just had the air going on Monday Crazy Michigan weather. Today I spent the day going through summer clothes and getting winter clothes out. It is one of my least favorite things to do. There are clothes all over the place Tomorrow I am going to a book club book study. We are reading I Dare you by Joyce Meyers. So far it is a good book. Very Challenging. Thats about all from here.

Kathy-Thanks for the update on Pat. We will be keeping her in our thoughts and prayers.

Pat- for you and your family

Lynn-Get some rest and feel better.

Linda-I hope all goes well with Bruces surgery.

Also -- You're an expert when it comes to races at Disney -- any particular race you'd recommend? The marathon (or half marathon) in January? The 15k (?) in October? Something else?? Just wondering. . .

I'm kind of interested in doing a race in a special locale. . .not that Rockford, IL isn't special!!!!

Just wanted to say a quick hello to everyone...I have finally convinced my brother and his fiance to come along on our now family cruise...I am still working on my brother in law and sister in law so hopefully they too will be joining us....I also found out that the Magic will be going into drydock in Sept...Last year when we sailed on the Wonder we were the first cruise out after drydock and it was very exciting...Next Nov we will not be the first one but it will still be nice to know that Disney gave it some TLC right before us...Thanks to everyone who tried to help me with the scrapbooking pages...I still havent got the knack of it but eventually I will post more....Hope everyone is having an enjoyable over the hump day...Jennifer

good morning everyone,

Jen, good to hear from you again. That is GREAT you got more family to come along. That always makes it more fun!!

we have a cold front coming in tonight. Fall is finally here. We are suppose to be 59 tonight and only the mid 80's over the next few days. I know it sounds crazy but when ever it gets down to around 80 you can tell who is a native Floridian. They will have long pants and sweaters on

Last year we had 2 weeks where the highs were around 60 to 65 and people had knee high boots, long coats, gloves and hats on To me that was funny because where I come from that is a warm day.

Did anyone see the launch last night?? It looked pretty cool because it was a night launch. It was a missile launch. In a few weeks we have a shuttle going up. I hope it will be a night launch too because they look so cool from my house.

well off to do some serious spring cleaning of the closets now. I am not late with spring cleaning, I am getting an early start on next springs cleaning
