I agree 100%.... if my kids ever broke those rules on vacation, the beatings they receive would be well worth it...
And yet another hero in my book

Ditto in August. It was horrible. The folks just didn't follow the rules. And as you know *I* have 2 younger kids so when I'm in the adult areas I want to be with adults. If I am going to follow the rules and put my kids in the club so I can enjoy the adult areas,so should everyone else.

Finally got our internet back up (thank you Time Warner for screwing up all of Canton and Akron for the last 6 hours)!

Why do you think I did my feet?Oh you poor thingI would have been freaking out.
Hi Wendy.
I feel your pain. We were watching scores while watching Penn State stomp Wisconsin. As a Pitt fan, you have to understand the pain it causes when Penn State is good. They have the world's most obnoxious alumni. And most of them were Farming majors or some such thing.Back in the day, when Pitt and PSU (or UPS or State Pen as we like to call em) played every year... the most popular sign at Pitt stadium was Culture vs. Agriculture.
Score
Two tops in a row.
Just wanted to say Hi. I have a lot of reading to catch up with, but I wanted to tell you all that we went to Magic Kingdom last night for my birthday, and it was crowded even at 7:30. We saw Spectro Magic and Wishes. We rode Pirates, Space Mountain, Thunder Mountain, and the Haunted Mansion; and we saw Mickey's Philharmagic and the Laugh Floor. They told one of my jokes (you can text in a joke) and they picked Steve out of the audience to ask questions and make up a song about. It was funny. Splash Mountain had an hour wait at 10:00, so we skipped it.
We shopped during the day at the three Disney Outlet stores in three different outlet malls in Orlando, and they did have good prices on stuff, but not that much that I wanted for fish extenders. Maybe if I knew you all better, something in particular would have caught my eye for an individual. They didn't have a lot of "little things" like I'm thinking are the kinds of gifts you are looking for in the fish extenders; and they need to be generic, I guess.
I had a great birthday weekend, and I'm off tomorrow for Columbus Day. I am spending the morning with Dad, and going thrift shopping with a friend from work. Maybe I'll find some second-hand vintage Disney t-shirts.

Just back from Gettysburg. Had a real good time. The Park ranger came and kicked us out of Devils Den. He actually sat behind my van and waited till we all got in the van and left the park grounds. They are VERY strict on you not being anywhere the grounds after 10pm. Lots of people out .
I did get some great pictures . I'm really excited. Rick has always made fun of me when I talk about this stuff but he really enjoyed it. He even made it a point to tell me that when we got to Sachs Bridge he just had a feeling he was standing under the area where the three boys under the age of 14 were hanged for desertion. We put the flash light up and there were the notches in the wood where the rope rubbed. What the H***.
