I was doing a jewelry party...I'm back now...you people kill me, I leave and there is 8 pages to read when I get back.

Don't get too upset with the Magic not being done, sometimes they don't have enough time in the 2 weeks they are given and have to finish it up when people are on board that is why I would NEVER sail right after a dry dock or even a month later...BUT I didn't know about dry dock when I booked. But I think it will all be better by the time we sail.

I agree. I think the pool is an icky abomination but if you look at those photos, a lot of it is really nit picky stuff. The desk has a dent and the dresser has a nick. OMG call in the coast guard. DCL never said it was going to change out all the furniture in every stateroom did they? OF COURSE there are going to be dings and nicks for heaven's sakes. Some people are never happy. Looks like a crew of "I'm going to complain because I wanna get some money out of DCL" posting on that thread. Ok rant over.

I posted over there on that thread and I think that Jeff is right in a sense. That's why it's not good for folks to post what they think is going to be done in drydock because once it's posted it's like it was written in stone or something. I also think that alot of it was really being nit picky with the exception of the pools. I would not have been happy either to get on board and see a green goofy pool. I just can't believe that they wouldn't have had the time to drain it, clean the pool, and get it filled back up before boarding time.
