Well we got a surprise last night when we checked our email. We heard from yapta.com that our ticket prices had dropped (didn't think that would ever happen) and so we called the airline and got a $195.00 refund. Ya Hoo.

Other than that the weekend is going pretty well. Soccer started yesterday and I am working on the schedule as we speak. Well back to it.

Greg - Thanks for posting the pics of Chayce's birthday. I think I want to be adopted....Vicoden and Laser Tag, can't beat that!

Denise - I'm going to check out Tastefully Simple's website. I haven't heard of it before, but beer bread sounds outstanding!!

Shell - yes, there is a story about "don't let your kids pack their own clothes". The kids were probably 6 & 7. They packed their own suitcases for our 10 day WDW trip. I gave them each 5 large zip lock bags and told them to put an outfit in for each day. Add 2 swim suites, sandles etc. When they were done I glanced in all looked ok.

I was working, going to school at night and traveling for work so I was so happy they were "helping"!

When we got to WDW lets just say we were golden if they didn't need underwear, socks or shoes!! Needless to say, we went on a shopping trip upon arrival!! That was the end of kids packing!!

Well - off to DD Nicole's and DS Matt's soccer games.

Happy Sunday Nanas.
Hope everyone is having a great day. I'm getting awfully bored just sitting around watching TV and reading. Am waiting for the steri strips to fall off so that I can start showing my face in public without people pointing at me. Well at least no more than they used to. Have a follow up with doctor tomorrow and am looking to ask all the follow up questions that didn't come to mind while I was completely drugged up leaving the hospital.

Lots of birthdays coming up in our house. Mina's is the 22nd and Elizabeth's is the 24th. All that Elizabeth wanted was to go to New York City for her birthday so I'm researching that right now. Our first available weekend isn't until mid October but she knows that if we do it that's when. It'll be fun because we will be able to surprise her with it on her actual birthday. She also needs a new bike as she has really outgrown hers so we want to let her go and pick one out.

Gailyn, you enter your flight information and they watch the flight and tell you when the price changes, usually over 50 bucks. Up until yesterday it had always went up. Also they will watch for good fares so that you don't have to check every day. All you have to do is just tell them when and where you want to go. It was a nice surprise.

Just think how many Guinness' that will be.

Im trying my best to be domestic today. Laundry, dishes, etc. No shopping for me. This really stinks. Don't they know I have a cruise coming up?

Anywho, have a great day and I'll try to wonder by the computer a little more often.
