Hey Lorna - Please tell your daughters that Elizabeth never got the message that they sent and I will find it and get her to respond to it. It came at a busy time and right before vacation and then when we got back I had this surgery to prepare for and forgot. For some reason I just remembered and will track it down on the computer and have her send a response. Totally dad's fault. Not hers.

Thanks for asking Terri! Doing okay. I feel more like myself every day but am really struck by how tired I am all the time. I've never had surgery before and had heard from people who had the same procedure that they were completely out of it for about a week and then still had to nap for a couple of weeks after that. I, of course, said, that'll never happen to me. Eating those words now but sleep FEELS so good - which is also odd for me as I'm usually a bit of an insomniac or at best a light sleeper. Starbucks isn't even impacting it!

I don't know how we did in soccer! Long story short...coach (whom we have seen at least 4x this week) forgot to tell us that the game started at 8 instead of 9 so we were 45 minutes late! He had called everyone else and he thought that he had told us already!

Terri, how did you fair through Hanna? NC and VA hope you don't flood too bad. This last July we had 3" of rain in a couple of hours so I got just a tiny taste of what that amount of rain can do!
