Katie, Its Guys Vs Girls... The Guys always Win...hehe
Yep. Kathy will be unhappy!

Here is an actual cruise question. For our August cruise, we are trying to figure out what to do in Mazatlan. We had booked the "Best of Mazatlan" excursion but it has gotten some pretty bad (or neutral at best) reviews. I'm wanting to do the zipline there but that leaves the girls with nothing to do.
Mina is thinking of just staying on the ship. Has anyone ever just stayed on the ship in a port? What goes on? I'm looking at the navigators and it doesn't look like too much takes place. I had read on a trip report thread about a "princess makeover" for little girls at the spa that Mina could take the girls to- I guess they only do it on request on port days. And maybe she could take them to their clubs for a bit and spend some alone time (she wouldn't know what to do!) Anyway...just looking for some suggestions from anyone who has actually stayed on board at a port before.

Jeff other than the hour we ventured out to see Mazatlan we stayed on the ship. There wasn't much to do in the morning for the adults except lay by the pool but the kids clubs always had something going on. They also have a 3pm showing of Twice Charmed and Minnie's Fiesta Grande at 4pm. It was actually nice to not have something planned every hour of the day.
Maybe, just this once....
