Well a beautiful and sunny day with a nice little breeze today. So since my house is clean...I think I'm going to work on my truck...wash, wax and clean the inside. Dont you just love weekends!!!!!!!!

Had breakfast this morning with my son and filled him in on all the family gossip.....
I have the house to "myself" today.....so I am enjoying that.

Joanna - glad you're coming along with us. From your postings, you'll fit in.
To answer your question about where I live: We live in FL, just outside of Ocala. The picture of the kids riding the Gator was taken as Cullen was trying to drive into the neighbors house! That was their palm tree with the stupid candy canes! Cullen, Laura, Stacey, and Will are our g'kids. You'll hear me talk about them alot. I take care of them while mom and dad work. I think mom and dad work too much!!

Yes Wendy, We love to meet up with any Nana's who come to town and want us along! They have to let us know when they are coming and what day they would like us to meet them. If it's possible, we're there!

Melanie - WOW...that's all I can saw about the video! If there is anything we can do to help, PLEASE let us know.

Denise - did the house showing go okay? I sure hope you have better luck then poor Kathy had.

Just cancelled my RCCL February cruise, kept asking my DH are you sure you want me to cancel it? LOL was trying to get 2 cruises in 3 months. Funny though, our Disney cruise after the deposit is pretty inexpensive compared to RCCL. Can't wait to start chopping away at the balance. Here's my plan...Every party I do from now until September 8th when final payment is due, I am going to take everything I make for the night over $250 and apply it to the cruise, I'm going to keep $250 and the rest goes to the cruise
After my walk for Crohn's & Colitis I'll change my ticker for cruise payment LOL...Can't put my cruise ticker up yet because we are going to Williamsburg, Virginia in August, so that vacation ticker comes first. I can't put 2 up as the second one gets cut off.

And to all you NANAHEADS....THANKS FOR THE WARM WELCOME!!! OK copy and paste my kind words and put it on that 'other' thread on the main board LOL

Now I remember why I hate doing garage sales. Strangers (and believe me strange people in every sense of the word) poking through our stuff - even if it is stuff we want to get rid of - just hate it. The worst are the people who show up before the garage sale is set to start (like 7 a.m. when the sale starts at 8) and say "Oh...you're not set up yet?" I think this is the last time we participate in the neighborhood sale for a while. WE've managed to unload (or give away) most of junk the past two years.

WE have a break until Elizabeth's second soccer game of the day (she missed the first due to a birthday party) but I'll be taking her in about 30 minutes. Emily is at her birthday party of a neighbor at Build a Bear right now.

Tonight we are watching hockey! Go Pens!

Hey Michigan folks - Dawn, Lorna, are you hockey fans? Time for the Pens to tie up the series tonight.

I still haven't posted pics from our trip last week. I haven't had the time to download yet but promise to do so soon.

I have just the opposite results at my sale. Not to say we do have some strange people stop but we also have some great people that stop and we talk and talk. Alexis is always a great conversation started

Christian lost both games today but boy what games. Awesome! 8 - 9 first game and 8 - 6 for the second. They were winning both until like the 5th inning! They have 6 innings total. Skylar did not win his soccer game either. Skylar played an awesome game.

I'm tired and have to do laundry so Christian's uniform is clean for tomorrow!
