It's funny but I am looking so forward to you being back in Florida. It just doesn't seem right without you being there. I'm sure you REALLY feel that way.

Kathy just moved out to Oregon so she could be closer to torment me.

She didn't realize that Oregon was going to have such a cold and wet winter this year, so it back fired on her! (yes, revenge is a dish best served COLD!!)

Yikes. We were on page two.

Kathy - Easter might be tough now that I think about the calendar as we will be there on the 12th and 13th (after our 3 night cruise). But June for sure. Once we have a solid date, I'll let you know. It will be sometime between the 20th and 24th. And yes, Pat and her family are also planning to meet us then.

It's funny but I am looking so forward to you being back in Florida. It just doesn't seem right without you being there. I'm sure you REALLY feel that way.

Your right Jeff, we will be arriving right about Easter from those dates. But June sounds good Thats great Pat will be there too.

Hey for you I would torment you even if I were in Canada or China
I told my daughters that since we were back ti was going to be an extra nasty winter. I know our luck I was right!!

It was 29 when we got up and now its 28? We were socked in with heavy fog like every morning lately but this time the fog was freezing to the roads and causing ice to form. The grass is all white from frost too. High about 43 today

I know thats warmer than most of you, but you guys are in nice warm houses with fireplaces or wood stoves. There is a difference in how this holds the heat.

I am using the new more expensive heater today and it blows out the air better but it doesnt get hot at all. Oh double fudge cycles on it!!!

My old one is a lot hotter. so the box has been retieved from the trash this morning and Greg can return it tomorrow when he goes to work. Then get one like our old one. It was 1/2 the price and twice the heat!!

Good morning everyone,

we left the faucet dripping all night so no more frozen pipes this morning.
Too dang cold to even take a shower today, so be glad computers cant send smell over them

I imagine a lot of you have today off. Hope your having a good day. It si very quiet here, I have seen 2 people taking their dogs out for a quick break then disappear back into their RV's.
Soon I will be doing the same thing. UGH!!


I wanted to make Orange rolls today but its too cool for the dough to raise properly. So maybe tomorrow?

I was just reading the 12/10 cruise thread....I have posted a couple of times but it just dosnt "feel" the same.....Oh well...there is enough time and I suppose I will get to know them and it will be ok.....I got the top of the page and wanted to brag...but I didnt want them to think I was "nuts"!!

So how is everyone today? Sunny today but they are predicting more snow.....I mean we havent gotten enough this winter so far

I know ow you feel Denise. After our first nanahead cruise I have never felt the same about any other cruise meet threads I have posted on. Everyone is nice but its just not the same. Even the first year before we all met, everyone just kinda clicked on the thread.
I keep posting 3 or 4 times a week on our 2010 cruise too but its just not the same. Once I get to know a few people it will help. I actually know 4 people but they dont post often, so its kinda hard to chat with them.

I am like you, by cruise time it should be better

Hi Jaime,
it will depend on the weather. If the mountains are still getting a lot of snow we will do the southern route across the bottom of the U.S.
But if the Rockies are clear we may go the northern route. It is 500 miles less to drive but there are more big cities to drive through and i Hate that!!

So we will see how the weather is at that time.

Hi Denise,

Yep, Mt. Rushmore for the July 3rd fireworks is still go! Made our hotel ressies a few weeks ago.

I saw you posted on the 12/4/2010 thread! Its very doubtful that we'll be sailing then as we'll be sailing with NCL for a 9 day southern cruise on 3/26/2010.

Our next cruise will be on the RCCL Oasis, but I won't book it until after our NCL cruise.

Our 12/10 Disney cruise will more then likely be moved onto one of the new ships for a 2012 or 2013 sailing?

Adopt you huh?? Well.....since your over 18 you wouldn't fall into the category of "tax credit."

I think we did go through Arizona, but not 100% sure. I will let you know when the time is closer and we map out the route we are going to take.

well we know we are going on 9/18.2010 TA for sure and hope to do this cruise too. It will depend on the economy. Greg works in the housing market so work for him is really scarce. If we cant do thsi one we will at least do a 3 day sometime in 09.

But if its at your house, No thanks. I have been through 2 girls going through their teens years. It wont be long until you'll be in that boat and I dont want to be there then
I may even feel sorry for you during those year, that should give you an idea what your in for

I am just a shell of the person I use to be before having 2 teenage daughters

Well gee thanks Greg reminding me of my "age" I really appreciate that. Actually I may not go on the 12/10 cruise either. I'm deciding about pushing it out until some time 2011 and hopefully go on one of the new ships.....well see.....

Hi Stephanie.....I miss everyone to.....how's Wyatt?

My only travel plans so far this year is Colorado.....I was just checking the other day and I will have just enough vaction time to go.....I'm taking 13 vacation days and if I think I have if figured out right that will leave me with 2 hours of vaction time when I get back!!!! Which means I wont be able to take much time off during the summer.....Oh well!!!!
