I joined facebook last year to keep in touch with family and friends who live away...they were always wanting to see pictures of the girls. I don't use it much but maybe I will a bit more now...they changed it about 6 months ago and now I find it a little harder to use.

Ok,
last night I registered on Facebook, but I am still a bit confused by the site. Guess I will play aorund with it and see how it works.
I'm not big on chat sites other than cruise boards but I will give it a try.

Well, I hate these kind of mornings The woke up about 5:30 to the sound of the plow going forward and back, forward and back. Had to get the boys up early so that they could go out to the street and shovel the snowplow pile away so we could get out. Get behind cars going slower than the van idles!! I pass them and the roads are not all that good. Spent too much money on groceries and spent ALL morning doing it. No one here to help me bring in the 25 bags of groceries. But I'm home now so it's got to be up hill from here!

Got to bake Skylar a cake. I think we'll have salmon for dinner--his favorite. Thanks for his greetings, I'll show him when he comes home from school. His shopping trip to Kohl's was his birthday present from me.

Sarah is having surgery today tests came back from her annual with positive nodes for cancer.

Alicia, I hope you get well fast.

Hi people,
well I am back and I am really tired!
i took the pups out and then before i could get pixie back on her leash she took off runinng at top speed all over the field like we let her do inthe summer.
#1 I was upset she wouldnt come when i called her. But I also understood she needs exercise that neither one of them is getting enough of in this bad weather.
after 10 miutes of running all over the huge field she came so we could go for our walk.

Now as she was running through the swampy, wet ,mucky field you could see the muddy spray of dirty water flying up on her belly and out both sides and behind her with every step she took. UGH!!
My brown dog now was black like minnie.

I have no where to bathe them here, so I had to take rags and hand towels to clean her with. I now have a whole wash load to do after an hour of cleaning her up. UGH!!!

That is what i have been doing since i last posted.

If i had been at home I would have let her walk the plank into the pool.
She likes the water and our baracuda and 2 filters would have cleaned the water in no time.
Of course I still would have needed to rinse her off, so the chlorine wouldnt stay on her skin.

I decided to make meatloaf tonight. It smells good cooking.
The girls are laying quietly close to the oven just sniffing the air.

They will stay there until Greg comes home or until I remove the meatloaf. Then they will sit by the table hoping I am about to share it with them.
