We booked NCL Pearl out of Miami 7 day, sailing on Nov 28, 2009 Ports of call are Samana in the Domincan Republic, St Thomas, Tortola and Great Stirrup Cay which is NCLs private island. We got a Penthouse room for 1399.00 with 500.00 OBC and another 100.00 for using visa to reserve. Mini suites were available for 949.00 and balcony's for even less. Some inside cabins were 549.00. We are past cruisers with NCL so we got a discount as well.

We were really looking forward to the Nana cruise but we could never normally afford this room type so we jumped at the chance.

I'll continue to check in and leave a few bananas for the count.

In 2010 are you going to cruise on Disney? You just said a disney adventure I wasnt sure exactly what that meant.

If your looking for a good deal, look at the price of the 9/18/2010 transatlantic cruise. It has a great price for a 14 day cruise.

we booked it and so did a few others we know. It would be great to have you along.

Ok, who ever ordered the white Christmas can now shut it off!!

The snow is so deep here that I have to dig it out from in front of our doors so we can get outside.

The brand new Toro 13hp snowblower I just bought 10 days ago has broken down because there is just to much snow!!

Hey Nanas. Hate to say this out loud because I'm sure it will jinx the rest of my winter, but it was close to 70 degrees here today. What a great day. Unfortunately we spent most of it indoors getting our house cleaned up (and clean is a relative term since there are still toys EVERYWHERE) and now we are getting packed. We leave tomorrow at 2:10 p.m. and hope to be at BCV by 6 or 6:30. We may just hang out at the hotel, perhaps walk into Epcot tomorrow night or just hang in the hot tub at the quiet pool after room service. Monday and Tuesday we will do a little commando work at the parks. Planning to meet Pat and her family on Tuesday and Wendy and Mike at Epcot on NYE. "We are NOT going to go crazy and try to do it all this time." That is my mantra. Hope I can stick to it since if we do that I know we'll get frustrated by the crowds.

Just in case I don't make it back here, Happy New Year to all Nanaheads.

I had a letter from Pat yesterday and I know they are looking forward to seeing you guys. Hope the crowds are down due to the economy so its even better for you guys. Pat said it wasnt too bad at Christmas eve when they went.
