Denise sorry your got our weather but we had no where else to send it. Merry Christmas from the West. I'm glad Heather is doing so well. Only 4 months to go. Your going to love being a grandma

Hi Christine,
how's your snow today, got any more? I watched it on the news here.

We got 3 more inches over night with ice underneath and its suppose to snow 2 to 4 more inches the next 24 hours. Maybe some freezing rain mixed in with the snow
Greg took an over night bag to work today, he is probably going to have to spend the night tonight in town, if he can even get there. I can see the freeway from here which is usually bustling with semi's and cars. There is nothing going by, just an occassional semi with chains on. Most are parked at the truck stop next door, maybe 100 trucks there this morning.

Just checking in quickly to thank everyone for the well-wishes and prayers for my 1 month old neice Paityn. She had her surgury when she was 2 days old and had been home now for the past 2 weeks...she was doing wonderful and they were expecting a full recovery...however last night she died suddenly.

Kathy, no more snow here but it was only 32 today so we have lots of ice...which my MIL slipped on last night Her ankle was pretty swollen so we'll see how shes doing when she wakes up.

well at least you didnt get anymore like we did.
where i'm at usually doesnt get but a light dusting once a year of snow, so this is unusual for us too.

Dawn, I do remember those days UGH!!!
Time to get out the board games, string popcorn for the Christmas tree or to hang out for the birds to eat.
Bake some cookies with their help. I know its easier without their help but it would give them something to do.
Then curl up with a nice movie on the TV and munch on cookies and cocoa.

Followed by a good book at night.

well they may not like to read at night but the games might help if they like to play games. I do but Greg doesnt like them and will only play scrabble with me. Of course he has won all but one game from me.
