we do have someone who wants to rent for 1 year from us but we also have someone who is thinking about buying it. They are deciding between our house and one just like it 4 houses down. they have cash, so they could close within 2 weeks. They are suppose to decide in the morning because we cant just keep the people on hold who want to rent it for a year.
They also would send money ASAP and move n this weekend which would be great.
My fear is they will say yes to buy it and then change their mind in a couple of weeks and then the renter will be gone and we are sunk.
so it is a hard decision to make if they say they want ours to buy, but we have to know in the morning.
I hate this kind of tension, it would almost be better if they wanted the other place, then we know it would be ok and then sell it in a year, hopefully.
Greg did get a second call back for a project manager job today and will go on Thursday afternoon. It may only be for one house, we dont know many details. It would be perfectif it lasted for the summer, then we could return in October and work for WDW if they would hire him then.
It would be a tough decision if WDW wants him soon and these guys also want him. We would need to go over the pros and cons of it all.
I get a headache just thinking about it.
so will wait and see how all the pieces fall together i guess.
Our other house was suppose to close tomorrow but no it may be next week, so many stories, who knows if it will close or not.
I may even have a couple of grey hairs out of all of this

Finally I did it !!
But they are offering a $1600.00 security deposit which is refundable if they leave it in good shape. Plus the last 2 months rent.
