The sun is shining but still only suppose to get in the upper 60s. Think I'll get the lawn mowed today.

Last night we went to bed early and watched Aladin which was cool.

Then I got embroiled on a thread on reclining this morning eekk.

Gosh, everytime I cant get on line for a few hours you jump to the top of the page.

well Randy got a job as a schwans driver and Peter got hired today as manager at a G I Joes sporting goods store.

We just found 2 places about 10 minutes ago to check out tomorrow, keeping our fingers crossed.

gregs boss is letting him start when ever we can get there so that is nice. would like to move down on saturday, that would give Minnie a couple of days to recover from her surgery, but I may have to find a vet in the new place to remove the stiches unless this place is open on saturdays.

well off to check my mail, it has built up all day while I had no service.

I really hope it will fly by as we can't afford to go this year either.

By the time we go back it will have been 2 years.

We can really only afford to go every 2 years on average.

This will be my first ever cruise.

Good evening everyone,
finally got internet back.
we did find an RV campground about 25 miles from where he will be working and will go there next saturday. It is very nice and a huge grassy field for the dogs to play in. we will try it for 30 days while looking for something closer.
But we did look at a closer one that was terrible. Hopefully there will be another closer one.

we hit 98 again today


Dawn, Minnies surgery is wednesday morning.

Now ot help Peter find an apartment and get him moved in before we move on saturday.

fingers crossed the house will close on monday, it is suppose to.

well off to relax, i couldnt sleep last night so only got about 2 hours sleep and was on the road all day.

back tomorrow if I have service, the new place had better work better than here.
I miss posting a few times a day.

My laptop bit the dust today so I am using Gregs. He spilled water on it and the key board burned out, I can just get an extra keyboard to hook up to it and useit that way. It was 4 years old and had 4 to 7 hours use everyday, so it was getting worn out anyway.

Oh I really feel for you I would not be pleased if my laptop gave up the ghost its my lifeline it probably gets used way too much.

We have been to a bootsale (similar to a yard sale?) this morning and got a few bargains.
I got some trashy books for my malta holiday and I got some new nail polishes.
I also got 3 disney snow globes the small ones for £10 approx $20.
I got one of cinderella in her glass coach, one of winnie the pooh as a buttefly and one for my sister in law of minnie mouse riding a carosel (sp) they are pretty cool.

I would have gotten the snow globes too! After Skylar's soccer game, we did go to some garage sales too. I was delighted to find some books and craft supplies. I got paint for $.10 a bottle and some ribbon for $.20 a spool! Only $3.00 total! What a deal!

It was an absolutely beautiful day yesterday. Worked outside and finally finished grooming the front yard. You know, getting all the leaves out of the bushes and edging the sides, etc. etc. etc.

The sun is shining today too but starting out in the 40s. They are predicting the high 50s only. But I think I would like to take the leave cover off of the pool and get started draining the old water off. After all, next weekend is Memorial Day. The official start of summer!

Doing some and changing the beds, the normal stuff, at least, until the boys get out of school.

I'll check back in later. Kathy, glad you found a place to camp and Greg can take the job!

we will move to the new spot on saturday morning but that is all. we hate all the crazy drivers on that weekend.
