Hey all,
The day is almost over, well okay, the work part is almost over. I then get to take the puppies for their rabies shots tonight. Seems we forgot to register them... and they need boosters before we can. Oops (where's that blushing smilie when you need it?)

Last night I worked on the clothes for our camping trip for next weekend. It's hard to pack bathing suits and shorts when its about 70 outside and rainy. Here's hoping things warm up and get sunny - VERY QUICKLY!!! I'm almost done but can't seem to find some shorts that I used on the cruise in January. I have to go look again tonight.
I just keep hoping for Sunday to get here!!! Soon, very soon.

Morning all! I'm bumping us back up from page 2.

Guess everyone was busy last night and no one was posting.
I see blue skies today. Well, they are peeking out from behind the gray clouds but I did see blue sky. So I'm hopeful!!!

Took one of the dogs to the vet last night for his rabies shot. He was so excited to go for the car ride - then he got to the vet's office. He didn't even look at the vet. We never got him on the table. Vet just said, "Well, he's giving me the side I need so there's no need to move him." The dog kept his head out of the exam room the entire time. But he didn't even flinch when he got the shot. It actually took longer to pay the bill then anything else.

I stopped at Burger King on the way home and bought him a plain hamburger. The kid at the drive-thru kept saying "Are you sure you don't want anything on it." I finally had to tell him that it was for my dog.

I only have today and tomorrow at work then I am off all next week. I can't wait!!! I'm so excited I'm starting to pack clothes in the RV tonight!!!!

Allison have a great camping trip

I know that look from the burger people. I usually go to McDonalds with the pups for the $1.00 mcdoubles burgers PLAIN!
I just have to say McDonalds and my dogs start salavating and running for the truck.
Of course they like Burger King too. but they are only a single patty of meat. McD is a double. I figure its a cheap treat and they love it.
I am so happy to know I am not the only one who does this


Tomorrow we head out for the beach for my birthday weekend.
Going to try a dog friendly hotel for the first time. It looks really nice, so I sure hope it is. Easy access to 7 miles of beach and we have an ocean view room. We are going to meet both our sons on saturday and visit while we walk the beach with the pups.

Hi Everybody! But I guess I should say where has everyone been???

Had a good trip will tell more later. Elizabeth was getting the hang of it about the time we were leaving .

Just got back from Christian's baseball party. They have a screamer swing and a zip line.

I have 2 fish extenders to mail out tomorrow. So I'll have to finish up on them before I can play.

Kathy, If you are leaving for the weekend again, let me tell you Happy Birthday for Saturday early!! Happy 39th!!

We wont leave until around 3 this afternoon. I havnt even packed anything yet but for just a weekend its really easy to do.
If the weather is good I will get a few photos taken and share them net week.

Dawn, I am glad to hear you got a couple of extenders to make. Maybe business will start picking up again for you

I bet Jeff is having a blast at WDW. Wish I could have been there to watch Elizabeth dance.

cool and cloudy today but headed for 83 this afternoon, so it should be nice.

hope the weather holds for us there. The coast is weird for weather here.
Dogs will love running the beach reguardless, I just dont want to freeze while they do it.

Last night I was trying to use up some foods that will spoil while we were gone so Greg had an ear of corn, then fruit salad and french toast with 3 pieces of bacon.
Then for dessert chips and bean dip. I have been feeding him weird combinations all week to use up the leftovers from our camping trip.
