Kathy: 5am! Yikes! I can barely make it up by 7:30am. I've never been a morning person. Definitely more of a night owl, as you'll see by what time I usually post.

Regarding weekend plans: I'm taking Tyler to Sesame Street Live in Detroit Sunday afternoon. Figured I'd better hurry and take him before he outgrows Sesame Street (almost to that point now). Was thinking of finding a hotel with an indoor pool for Saturday night to add even more fun to the adventure, but will probably just save that money and use it to buy tickets for Diego Live (which I just found out is coming next month). Go Diego go! It's Tyler's current favorite.

You may be sorry, Minnie will drive you crazy!! She will help you eat all your meals, warm up your bed at night, keep you company in the bathroom, run off with your clothes, she will help you exercise by letting you take her for 2 walks a day.

If you get a verandah, when in port close your curtains!!!! you wouldnt believe how nosy people on the ships docked across from you are. They will stand out on their verandahs and look in your room with binoculars.

I swear it is true!! I saw it myself several times when we were out on our verandah looking back at them with our binoculars.

I know! Me too! The first time I saw Sesame Street Live, I was in my early 20s, with NO kids, and went to see it with a guy I was dating! My friends thought I was nuts, but we absolutely loved it! I couldn't wait to have a kid so I could go again without people thinking I was crazy!

just popping in to say hello and to keep us bumped up.

Just finished fixing tacos and fruit salad for dinner with angle food cake for dessert.
I took Minnie for her evening walk and Greg is mowing the grass, it seemed like a fair trade to me!!

I got to tell you guys that since we are going on a "different" cruise line this summer I have been working at finding others on my cruise. I have found 2 different boards with total of 8 families so far. They are DEAD I think!! Only 2 people seem friendly.

I read their few posts and they never even gave their names, family members, or anything but the fact they were happy to be on the cruise.

I realize I am the newbie there but they dont have a clue what the "meet on board" threads are all about I guess. Very frustrating.

One of the friendly ones has been a Disney cruiser before and this is their first time on another line too.
I think this speaks volumes for the dis people

i am hopeful some great people will join the thread before the cruise. it really adds so much to the cruise when you know some of the other people you are cruising with. Even if they are a Mutt

wish me luck, I'm gonna need it!! The cruise will still be good, but it can be so much better with more friendly people.

well enough complaining for now. I am happy to be going, just a little frustrated this afternoon.

Hello All.

Okay, you're safe, Kathy. I'm allergic to dogs so poor Minnie is a good defense against invasion. lol

The snow finally stopped and it got nice by the time I left work. (Did I tell you? Today, I turned 29 for the 30th time) So, I took the afternoon off. Went by the scrapbook store, and we ordered in lunch. Paid for the crop next week and offered to make Swedish Tea Ring for breakfast for the crop. Then I came home and had a lovely 2 hour nap. Bruce came home with flowers and then our 'daughter' sent flowers so it turned out to be a lovely lovely day.

Sent in our contract for Animal Kingdom Lodge DVC points today. That was my dream for years before they even thought of putting dvc there.

Pat, thanks for the note - that was the prettiest envelope I've ever seen!
What are you all making out of the cook book this weekend?

Okay folks, I have been playing with the program a little this week, and this is the first sample I have generated. I am still looking for just the right picture(s) to create the mosaic(s) that will be uploaded for printing. I need something that has a lot of color so that as many of the photographs submitted will be used. This is a VERY time consuming process (took 20 minutes just to generate this one), so I will play over the next week and see what I can come up with. If anyone has a good picture of the ship, please e-mail me (if you have my address) or PM me and I will send you my e-mail.

Your post points up one of the things I really have to do (probably MOST of us ought to do - truth be known) - I downloaded Picassa this morning and I need to spend some hours organizing my photos and attaching key words to them so they can be found without endless rummaging.

just on our way out to WDW for the day. going to be 81 today ,
but rain tomarrow

On my meets thread for our 3 day 4/5/07 cruise I finally got one lady coming with us!!! I have been posting for close to 10 months i believe and she is the only one who has responded ,so far
I was afraid people were never going to post, maybe they heard about me and I scared them off

well got to go, Greg is ready to go to the parks, I will check back later today and see what is happening around here today!!
