OMG I love that. I forgot that the Zips animal rep was a kangaroo. Emily's sleepy time stuffed animal is Roo. Funny story. When we were in maui,housekeeping swept Roo up in the sheets one day. he was lost. for days. Ultimately he was spit out of the laundry machine, clean, a bit gnarley but delivered to us at our second hotel in a box, wearing a real flower lei.

Good grief...I just spent 10 minutes doing a catch up post, and DH's laptop lost its mind and it's gone! So, here we go with the Reader's Digest version...

The storm skipped us!
Judy, Sarah, and I are all dragging with a cold.
DH and DD got their passports in under six weeks!

Christine...love those cupcakes! Sarah just started working with fondant...maybe you could share some decorating secrets.

Kathy's to do list looks like ours...maybe the NANAS need an anti-gathering during the Return Passengers get together. We hate the crowds, but I do love the watermelon Mickey sculptures!

Robin I hope everyone is feeling better!

I guess it's easier to get passports here in Canada because I had all ours back in 10 days.

Tonight is the night all us first timers get to make our ressies...we still have no idea what we will make though.

Thanks Cathy for the info about topsiders...I had always thought it was a buffet...I'm glad to have another full service option besides the main dining rooms...not quiet sure how our girls are going to handle our late seating time.

Jaime, have you put your family on the waitlist for early dining? You can do that if you're concerned about your kids eating too late. I don't know how it works, but I'd assume you'd request it from your TA or DCL.

The reason I ask is that last year Bob brought his and he allowed us to download our pictures on it several times throughout the week then burned a CD for us. Jamie - if you don't get changed before sailing, just go to whereever they are doing Palo reservations and changes in dining rotations when you embark and you will be able to change. We changed rotations the first cruise and friends went from early to late on the second.

Uh..apparently so. That game was unwatchable even here. I think we watched the first 2 minutes...and a minute just before halftime and I just saw the ending.

Shell - re the laptop. I'm not sure what I am doing this time only because I would truly love a week of truly unplugging but it all depends on what is on my plate at that time. IF I have it, I can probably do this...but I will warn you that my laptop these days is behaving badly. I don't know if you remember me telling the story about the last cruise when I lost all my pictures and had to go to a data recovery service and pay hundreds of dollars to get it all back. I'm happy to do this for you but don't want to have the same thing happen to you. Just know that I won't be downloading my OWN photos for this reason. I bought an extra memory stick. I want to wait until I'm home at my desktop.

Ladies I hope you do try Topsdiers at least once, just remember it is closed the first and last evening. Plus at breakfast and lunch it is a buffet, only at night will it be a sit down restaurant. we really like it.


well I am off to watch the Wonder pull out on the web cam.
we did go see the new movie 3:10 to Yuma. It was quite good, but I have seen the original a few times so I knew the ending already.
