Ok, Cheri.... here goes....in a blender...
2 oz coconut rum
2 oz pina colada mix
1/4 c. instant cuppachino powder (we got Hills bros. and its lovely).
fill the blender with ice and blend blend blend...
(it was a very thick mixture for me so I cut it with a little water to give it some fluidity).

Hardly a low cal drink but its just too good...

btw....Josh...first, cute pup. Anyone that likes dogs is OK in my book.
Second...if you want to drive Kathy nuts in regards to counting bananas...try this one.

Kathy

Lucy is a very small dog but over demanding, she want everone
to stay in the house all the time. And if I stand up to go somewhere
in the house she is right behind me, if I stop to fast she will run into
the back of my leg.

To tell you the truth . . . . . WE NEED HELP! Lucy is holding use
as prisoners and SHE IS THE WARDEN !

Okie is making a prison break tomorrow and flying to Florida, and she
is leaving the rest of us with LUCY! I think if things get to rough
and Lucy tighten the ropes on me I'm going to throw Josh to that MAD DOG!

Rick,
I know what you mean, I have 2 WARDENS myself:lmao: Mine are a bit larger.
Minnie is 67 pounds and Pixie who is almost 5 months is 40 plus pounds!!
Pixie saw 2 dogs about the size of Lucie last trip to the vet and she was so scared she wouldnt get out of my truck!!

I had to carry her across the parking lot to the door. The people who owned the dogs thought it was really funny:dance3:
My moose of a pup was afraid of their dogs.:sad2:
Some watch dog she will be:rotfl2:

Hope the warden will let you out for work, just tell her your going out to get her some treats.popcorn::

Kathy

OKIE AND RICK: Bill has a very bad habit of teaching youngsters bad things! Keep your guard up on Josh! Heck, he hasn't even gotten to Chelsea yet!

I get blamed for everything....geez.:rolleyes1
I'm not the instigator....Woo is... (she's such a pirate at heart).

Love it, Bill! Can't wait to see the final version! I may have to order a couple even if we can't make the cruise. I need a complete set of Nana shirts! (just for you)

Hi!
I'm back from a full weekend of camping.:hippie: I see everyone has been quite busy posting here! I have some catching up to do!

If you have little kids, or have a long travel day on Friday, the Hyatt is a great choice!:thumbsup2

Cheri-
I am considering the Hyatt for this reason. It is a little more $$$ tho isn't it? But I'm thinking it might be worth it. We will be traveling with our 4 year old DS and 2nd Ds who will be 18 months old at the time. I'm thinking I don't want to wear them out too much and have exhausted children!

But the other side of me says just get all of the travel over the first day and stay right at the port. So the next day we just have to get to the boat and get on....

Decisions decisions. I'm going to do some pricing...

Chelk (that's what I call my sister) is a very isolated person. She'll be a little more difficult to change.

Sorry guys, busy weekend. It's been slow at the new place so we were putting together a marketing plan. It's tough when you start out with a new phone number. Now that we have all the little kinks worked out we will start advertising.

Christine -- what's the name & address of your restaurant?? A friend of ours is heading to Vegas this week (she goes several times a year) and I told her about your new restaurant! She prefers local places instead of the national chains when she's there, so this sounds like a perfect place for her!
That would be great. Our address is 10345 S Eastern Ave, Henderson. She can take the 215 to Eastern. It's on the right hand side in the K Mart Shopping Center.

Sorry Shell I know this is a little late, but no you do not have to drip the Zucchini. Just put a little oil on the bottom of the pan so it don't stick, then layer Zucchini, bread crumb, parmasian cheese. Keep layering until you get the to top of the pan and put on lots of Mozzarella Cheese and some more bread crumb for extra crunch. Bake it in the oven at 400 unitl zucchini is cooked (if the cheese gets a little too brown it's ok to put aluminum foil over it).

Well, I will finish catching up on reading this board, just wanted to answer so questions I missed.

I dont know if this will help your decision but it only takes about an hour to get to the port area from the airport, so it wont be that much longer to do the same day you arrive and you can sleep in because most hotels are only 5 minutes from the ships!!!

If you decide to go to Coco Beach for the night, I vote for the Radisson!!
There are a few of us staying there Friday night, so you will be in good company. It is an older hotel but very clean with a great pool and a nice kiddie pool for young kids.
They have a nice place to eat and across the street is a McDonalds, to one side is a Zachery's restaurant and the other direction about one block is an italian restaurant with awesome pizza, so plenty of choices there.
Also the Radisson does have a shuttle to take you over to the port if you dont have a car.

The coolest people will be at the Radisson:dance3: I should know since I will be there;)

Kathy

$99. for a room at the Radisson and a really neat "caribbean" themed pool. I'm gonna teach the bartender how to make N.O. hand grenades and Castaway Cay Java Juice.....

Bob...'preciate the vote of confidence...and I appreciate the banana as well...
