It's something like 99 days away now?! Wow! Any updates needed to page 1 summary?

PIF date is 9-3! I imagine several will drop then, maybe not many from DISboards hopefully.

We unfortunately fall in the category of may cancel. Money. We will see. Hoping for the best as we crunch numbers.

I'm ready to get started on my fish extender gifts. Fun! The list shows a total of 7 familys participating. . .just wanted to see if there were more to be added, that I could be missing.

Small correction to the list - Fatfish is a family of 2, not 4.

HA! I am sure that is my typo, not her's. I was so worried about mispelling someone's name I didn't count very well did I?

We have canceled our booking. We are not going as my husband is filing for divorce. How do you go from spending Thanksgiving together in a fantasy setting such as the Disney magic surrounded by joy and pixie dust so to speak...to not spending it together at all.... I guess forever

For those of Faith I would appreciate your prayers. Have a wonderful journey on the Magic and please hug your kids and loved ones and don't take one second for granted.

On my part, don't apologize. What you are dealing with is real life. It may be a hard road at first. But keep your faith, and it really does get easier. . and in a lot of cases (like mine) much, much better.

Met Chris' kinder teacher today and she is lovely and enthusiastic and a decade younger than me (I turn 30 next month.)

Awww. It's great he has a lovely and enthusiastic teacher!

As for age. . .my DH and I met later in life, and had our twins late in life. Everyone seems younger than me.

My DDs meet the teacher day is Friday - they are very excited to go.

I don't know what to say. I feel bad, as I wonder if I'm the one messing this all up without meaning to.

I'm working on the FE items, my desire was just to make sure I had enough items, or order more supplies if I needed to. I was going off the spreadsheet we were provided of participants. I would imagine if Dagny says she has you, she has you - but maybe there is a more up to date spreadsheet she hasn't had a chance to share with us yet (?).

If you are okay with posting your stateroom here, please do - if not, would you PM me so I can add you to my copy of the FE list?

Signed up for our excursions, reservations and all that jazz this morning. This is our first cruise where we picked a "port arrival time"
So I don't know what that's about...
Off to research the disboards!
Another thing, it seemed super easy to get reservations, etc. this cruise at the times and days I wanted compared to our last one one out of Port Canaveral, where even with staying up and booking right away, it seemed that many times things were filled. Are there less repeat cruisers on the ones out of Galveston? Or less knowledgable? Or is it always super easy and I just got unlucky last cruise?

I have read that the larger ships have port arrival times - however, I didn't realize we would have them on this cruise. Interesting.

We are first timers with DCL so still a couple of weeks away from getting to book excursions with the crusie line. I do hope we are a lucky as you were.

YAY for getting your stuff booked. It really is coming up fast.

How exciting. I do hope once school starts the countdown goes faster.

I'm excited. So far I've managed to not slip up, so my DDs still do not know about this cruise. It is a surprise to celebrate their 9th birthday. I can't wait.

My DDs start 3rd grade next Monday. They are pretty excited - they get to go meet their teachers this Friday.

I am so sorry to hear this. Are you okay? This had to be devastating Stay strong. Good things will come from this in the end. In the meantime, if I can do anything to help you, please let me know.
