Cigar night
Tues will be GC day, where they legally sell the best cigars on this side of the world. So yes, I still plan on fogging up deck 9 sometime after 10pm (late dinner seating you know). All smokers are invited. I plan on leading a good bit of drinking at the same time, so ya'll are welcome too. The stuffy people can stay in their rooms, but the rest of you are invited to stop by; if only to laugh as we/I get too tipsy to figure out which end of the stoogie to light.

A great side trip. Remember to bring a canteen or three. The AM ferry to the mainland was smoother (and probably faster) as the bay wasn't choppy early. The ferry was enclosed (1st level) and had good A/C. You walk uphill 10-12 blocks to get to the tour buses, but only 3 blocks downhill to return. There was an extra charge ($5?) to use a video camera. Wear a swimsuit underneath so you can swim. The flea market/mall there had everything Mexican you can think of, and kinda makes up for the limited amt of time you have upon returning to the dock.

Finally, I've decided to enter the Palo lottery being held this weekend for the Mon am brunch. That's right, another PIF family! Inasmuch as I love you all, I don't do mornings while vacationing and will let Hyper invite a more deserving companion should she get her wish. (See, there is A reason to be nice to her).

Now go away, I have to go pack my bottle opener AND my corkscrew!

KC, inside the second color brackets you need a / before the color. so your sentence should read (without the spaces) [ color = red ] sentence [ / color]

The easy way to do it is highlight what you want red after you've written it, and click the color change button OR click the color change button and put what you want red between the two sets of brackets. Doing it by hand is a pain.

The graphic won't fit on the lanyard, but it will be on several other things.

Oh, it can be made to fit on anything you'd like. I can re-size it easily and send you a new copy if you like. I really liked the example lanyard you showed a picture of with the graphic so if you'd still like to include it just let me know the dimensions I should size it to and I'll be happy to do so and send it along.

I was discussing the same thing with my DH last night. Great minds think alike I'm thinking of putting our logo on the back and having "tom's" name tag disign on the front either across the chest or in the pocket... on white t-shirts.

Oooooh... I like that idea even better than the DISgreen mickey. I think I'm going to have to go see if tom can make some for us!

Hey all, hope you are all having a nice weekend. I wanted to jump on and thank Cynthia (not only for the lanyard work, which is awesome) but also for mentioning the military discount back in July (can you tell I was catching up today?) I called DCL and am going to get a sizeable refund (many many Drink of the Days).

I am normally on top of discounts and the like, but I've been distracted by silly work lately , and had no idea they were offering a military disc. on the Double Dip. So thank you, thank you...the money saved will likely be immediately sucked up into an expensive auto repair for the previously mentioned air conditioning failure - funny how that works!

And of course, I'd be remiss if I didn't say GOOD LUCK to all my CC homies on getting thier ressies tonight!

I have a question...if you reserve a spa treatment for a certain time and then see a different treatment/special offered at the spa open house or in port day, sea day etc..., can you cancel and rebook the same time slot for a different treatment? I haven't done any spa treatments onboard yet, so I didn't how things work.

Good evening everyone! The shower was great, she got lots of neat things and I made to my parents in Ohio without any problems. I think that after one has been married for 25 or 30 years, they should be able to have another shower - I am jealous of all the new gadgets. Cripe I might be happy with just new towels for the kitchen!

I hope those of us that can book at the 90 day mark are all ready to do their thing in a few hours. I can't wait. I will report back later with my success.

I must be odd - I had one spa treatment (that didn't involve my feet anyway) and I don't care to ever have another. Either I just don't enjoy them or I was not bright enough to speak up and say something at the time. They used to do a foot massage that was out of this world - I would get one daily but it is no longer on the list. One on CC sounds wonderful but I am chicken to try again. Good luck with your spa strategy.

Dad's internet connection is better than mine (Hughes Net gets two thumbs down from me) so hopefully I can get my items done quickly and sleep. It has been a long day.

Amen!!!!!! I'd love to get some of the new cool stuff for the house and not have to pay for it.

And yep... I'm sitting here too. I have Palo, Zipline and probably teen scene ressies to make.

But it's not so bad. Pinocchio is on Disney Family so it's giving me some great company.
